We've used a number of hotels in the New York area for business travel, most recently the Marriott East Side on Lexington Avenue. The San Carlos is just around the corner from the Marriott but light years ahead in terms of attitude and service. All in all, this was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in New York.... more
