I stayed at The Roger for Business and was SUPER impressed. Their staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and chic. The location is great, you can walk to many nice restaurants easily and many other neighborhoods are a short cab ride away. I will definitely come back to The Roger. My only complaint was that my... This was my third trip to NYC so wasn't on my usual tourist mission, plus we were only staying 2 nights, hence I chose to be a bit out of the busy centre. The location for us was great. Everything was walking distance. The good things: Nice and clean, lovely big bed and very comfortable. The guy on the doro... More

Firstly, the reception staff are excellent - friendly and welcoming. There it stops a little. It's a great location, sure. My room was cold, the bathroom small. Bottled water that I assumed was complementary was billed at USD6 per bottle (and for some reason shipped from Croatia - that makes no sense). The "gym" is practically in the dining room... More

limited service hotel , clean and well located. If you can afford to pay more , you may shop for something else. Good place to go with a group of friends with different spendable amount of money.. I wouldn't mine to go back.

I just returned from a weekend in NYC to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday. The Roger was a perfect spot: great central location (walking distance to uptown and Soho), clean and updated rooms, relaxed and most of all great customer service. One member of staff even offered to run out to the drug store for me! The doorman greeted me... More

the Roger hotel is a great boutique hotel. Very Clean and walking distance to Penn Station, Empire State building and 5th ave shops. Booked it through "hotel tonight", great price at $169 weekday, just beware of the extra $24 charge per day. Still it was less than other hotels in the area. Don't bother with breakfast if not included in... More

Nothing particularly wrong about this hotel. It's pretty standard boutique fare. Right on Madison.... But... No movie channel And.. You can't control the temperature of your room after 7pm, as the hotel temperature is set at that time for all rooms. It was too warm for me. I have never spent $450 on a room and not be able to... The location is great, only minutes from the Empire State. From tourist point of view, we got everything we needed - location, quite a spacios room (as we were travelling with a kid and stayed for 6 days), helpfull staff, etc. Maybe it is a bit pricey, but it is Manhattan - we were happy with a deal we'we got,... I stayed one night (4th October 2014) only and i was shocked to hear how much my husband paid (almost 500 dollars for a room) nothing included... The room was very small and not clean. But this is not the worst thing happened, when we went to check in around 1 pm they said the room is not available, fair... More
