Stayed here for a week, lovely looking hotel, very clean, great location and very nice staff (particularly at breakfast and on the door). Stayed with my wife and 8 month old daughter. Hotel asked if we wanted a crib before we arrived, but no high chair provided at breakfast. Saw other parents struggle to feed their children too. A shame... More

I stayed for one night in October and couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else! The room was perfect from cleanliness to decor. Beds were AMAZING and for a NYC hotel, the room was very generous in size. The staff was wonderful too. How many hotels can you go to and the door man (Flonder) always knew my name... More

1st time in NY. Had a blast at this boutique hotel. Central location so convenient. Bed was AMAZING.... It was a special birthday..... hotel staff noticed my dob from checkin details ...and a bottle of champagne was delivered on the morning of my birthday. A lovely touch which I appreciated so much. Helpful, sincere, courteous and smiling staff! Which was... More

Note- we stayed October, but trip advisor won't give that as an option. We chose the Roger for a quick weekend getaway as our normal hotel was booked up. The location is good. The decor is cute, clean, and the entrance is very preppy-cool. The rooms and service... Rooms: no heat despite the cold. We were told that their system... More

I'm always happy with my stays at The Roger. I stay here whenever I'm in the city. Beds are very comfortable and although the baths can be tight (this is New York) they are always clean. Staff is wonderful and if you want to treat yourself the breakfast is pricey but very good. There is a little shop across the... More

Great boutique hotel in an excellent location. We stayed 13 nights in a Premium Room with 2 double beds. The room was modern, well equipped and kept exceptionally clean throughout our stay. Beds were super comfy, WiFi internet connection was great and loved being able to open the window in the room and get some fresh air. Bathrooms are small,... More

I've stayed at the roger before the renovations and loved it then, but love it even more now! The beds are super comfy the staff is attentive and friendly and the breakfast is worth the morning stay. If you're looking for the perks of a chic boutique midtown hotel with a homey, non-pretentious vibe, this is your place;)

My daughter and I stayed two nights at The Roger in a twin room, on our way down to the Dominican Republic. The hotel has an excellent Midtown location, and we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go, as well as enjoy a great view of The Empire State Building from our window. The room was a... I very much appreciated the size of the room, which were large New York wise. Rooms were modern and well maintained. I got stuck on the 4th floor next to a terrace so make sure you request a high floor when staying here. The free wine at 5pm is undrinkable.
