This is our second stay at Inn New York City. The first time was in the Spa Suite for our 3 year anniversary and this time was in the Opera Suite for our 13th. The best part of staying here is that it takes you away to another world, or perhaps another time! The interior is filled with nick-nacks, books... More

I had the pleasure of visiting Inn NYC .The library suite was absolutely stunning, it was rich, warm, and comforting. included a cozy bedroom with a queen sized bed, bathroom, a large kitchen that had everything you would need to prepare a gourmet 3 course meal as well as a beautifully set dining table! Not that I did, but it... More

I stayed with my now fiance in December 2013. We were in New York City to get engaged. I told the owners of the purpose of my trip and they were very friendly and encouraging. We loved staying at this 19th century brownstone as opposed to some corporate style hotel in Manhattan. It was perfect! They would put out fresh... More

We stayed here as an alternative to the cookie cutter boxes that we 'be stayed in during prior visits to New York. We've stayed in the Four Seasons, the Hilton, the Plaza and the Michelangelo, among others--but this is the best place we've stayed in The Big Apple. Close to Central Park and the 72nd Street subway station, it's roomy... More

There is no more romantic destination in NY than this gem on the Upper West Side. The hospitality was first class and the lodging (stayed at the Spa Suite) must be seen to be believed. Additionally, the complimentary snacks and beverages were the proverbial cherry on top! On a scale of 1-10, I give this place a...1 Billion =)

We arrived here on a romantic break. To be true we never been so spoiled ever. The rooms are fabulous. Breakfast in bed exactly as it should be. The afternoon tea is like a fairy tail come true. I would love to have this mini suite as my home :)))

We visited this hotel for a short honeymoon after our marriage based on the excellent reviews we had seen. They are all true!! This place was amazing. We had the library suite, a mini-apartment of about 800 sq feet with a lovely sitting area, kitchen and breakfast area and bedroom. It was like being in our own pied a terre.... More

My wife and I found this exquisite hotel back in 1996. It is truly a hidden gem on a quite street in the middle of New York City. This is truly a great place to escape to in the city. We were lucky enought to visit several times in the 90's and had not had the chance to get back... More

My husband doesn't enjoy traveling and in particular dislikes large hotels with small elevators. When we were planning our trip to New York this time, he really wanted to try the Inn New York for its privacy. We arrived very late in the evening to this brownstone with no sign on a quiet street. A kind lady greeted us, insisted... More

I recently stayed here in the opera suite with my brother while we attended several shows at the Met (which it is super close to) and visited other attractions in NYC. It was so much better than staying in some generic hotel. It really added to our NYC experience. The staff is very attentive to your needs. It was so... More
