This isn't really a hotel, unless you consider it an extended stay hotel because as far as I know, you have to rent by the month. I stayed there for 2 months. The furnishings were quite spartan, austere but everything else was great. I was pleasantly surprised to find my room had been stocked with dishes, pots and pans, an... more

I came here from out of town and I stayed at bridge suite for 1.5 month. I have to say that i was very pleased with the accomodation. After 2 days of searching for extended stay room, I chose bridge suites because of the price, location and availability. i dont think you can find better value anywhere else in Manhattan.... more

I had an internship for the summer I rented a studio for 2 months. The apartment was fully furnished which was very convenient for me. The doorman helped me with my bags and pretty much anything else i needed. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again. more

They asked me for a $1,000 security deposit and told me several times I would get it back. Well, on the 9th page of the lease there's a clause that says they will keep $200 of the deposit to clean the apartment. Additionally, they reserve the right to keep money from the security deposit for any utilities overages (they pay... more

They won't tell you upfront, but Bridge Suites will RIP YOU OFF on electricity charges and cleaning charges after the fact. They'll take it out of your security deposit and won't even give you back the remainder until two months after you move out. I felt scammed and wouldn't trust them if I were you. They charged $200 to clean... more

This place was awful from beginning to end. The service was terrible, and the realtors are liars. I was told my building had a doorman--lie. The doorman was in a different building (and only worked during the day). I was told the kitchen was "fully stocked." Laughable. There was one filthy pot, two plate, two forks, etc. I was told... more

Admittedly I have never stayed in one of these places before so was unprepared but am still very disappointed. There are only two towels in the bathroom, no washcloths. No toiletries, no dish soap, etc. One roll of toilet paper. There is no phone. . I am on street level with no bars on the window and right next to... more

I came from out of town and stayed at the Bridge Suites for about 3 months. They only thing that I have experienced at the Bridge Suites was gerat service and a perfect stay. Staying at the Bridge Suites made my trip to NYC un-forgetteable. I had a room facing the 59th Street bridge and i did not have any... more

I recently rented a studio apartment for 3 months. The staff was extremely accomodating and attended to most of my requests. This property is perfect for a person who needs to stay for a few months. I would reccomend that you view the apartments before making a reservation as some apartments are nicer than others. Very Fair prices. more

For those on a budget, at first this is an attractive choice. It's hard to get the neighborhood with a kitchen for the prices they are charging. However, the service from the off-site management is awful and the cleanliness a little suspect. The hallways can be dirty, the linen less than sparkling and your apartment grimy. Telephone and internet service... more
