We visited New York during the first weeks of February, traveling with our 9 and 11 years old daughters, and were a bit apprehensive about traveling with them during the coldest weeks of the winter. We live in South America and are used to warm weather and countryside living. Michelle and Albert made our stay incredibly cosy and comfortable. We... More

We recently spent 11 nights on the 7th floor of this fantastic property. Extremely spacious and comfortable accommodations, and warm and gracious hospitality from Michelle and Scout. We hope to be back soon.

We had an amazing time staying in Soho with Albert, Michelle and Scott (Scout). We stayed on the 7th floor and had both rooms booked, so it very much felt like having you own spacious apartment right in Manhatten. Albert and Michelle couldn't have been more hospitable and welcoming. We were given great tips on places to eat at and... More

Albert, Michele and Scout made our trip so comfortable. I was traveling with my preteen daughter and we shared the Paris room which was very spacious. We shared a very nice, large bathroom with others but there was never a wait. We live in Oregon so New York is very different and all big city so having the loft to... More

My husband and I spent 9 days with Michele and Albert in June, and would without a doubt return here if we ever came back to NYC. We stayed in Philipine's room on the 7th floor which is perfect if you like a bit of space and privacy. Our bedroom and ensuite were both well maintained and more than adequate... More

We have been kindly hosted by Michele and Albert for 4 nights. We stayed in the red room in the 5th floor where the family lives. Hosts: The artists couple are magnificent hosts, they made us feel part of their small family. They are ready to help and give tips anytime while giving us our space and privacy. Because my... More

My husband and I just got back from our first trip to Manhattan. And we had an awesome time! When we first arrived, we weren't sure of which floor to ring. I remembered that this couple used 3 floors, and the only one I could remember was the 5th floor. I rang (mostly on pure faith that someone would answer),... More

The Location is great, the friendly family (and dog:)) , makes this vacation great. The art gallery is beautiful and in general we highly recommend, different stay, more like... More

If you are looking for triple glazed, climate controlled, dull and boring accommodation..... don't stay here. We stayed with Michele and Albert in November for 4 nights. The first 2 were in Philipine's room which is on the 7th floor at the back and comes with an ensuite. The last two were on the street frontage of the 7th floor,... More

Staying in SoHo

Neighborhood Profile
SoHo
Once the artistic hub of New York, SoHo is now one of the premiere shopping destinations in the world. Housing everything from the most popular luxury brands to swank boutiques you won’t find anywhere else, this is a sophisticated shopper’s dream come true. Broadway is teeming with big-name stores and people during the day, while Prince and Spring Streets are the other main drags to explore. Take a detour down the quieter side streets to see the real star of the district – the world’s largest collection of intricate and elegant cast-iron architecture. What were once warehouses and art studios are now meticulously restored loft buildings favored by many of New York’s celebrities, making SoHo one of the trendiest addresses in the city.
