I was upgraded to a suite which made my visit rather nice. If you can avoid the drama of the place and find one of the 44 suites I think you will be happy. The manager is excellent and the rest of the staff could use some training,. When it came time to check out they decided to have a... more

Reserved through Booking.com - worst hotel room I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. Room 205 was dirty, dark and horrendous. The bed was so old and dilapidated it was like lying on a 'marshmallow' The room had 2 external generators directly outside the window which came on and off every 90 seconds. Hence the noise was insufferable... more

Wow was I suprised.. I stayed at the hotel a few years ago and was happy to see the improvements. The location was right in Times Square. The bed was very nice and the bathroom clean. I took a picture of the bed before I jumped into it. (not sure if I cna load the picture, i will try) more

I just got back from two nights in NYC at the Best Western President. I arrived early on May 14th and wanted to check in early. The staff was very accomodating about this much to my surpirse. It went downhill from there. My room was #200 right behind the elevator shaft. I didnt complain at the time because I was... more

Stayed here for a week during a Broadway tour. The first woman at the front desk - Suny, I think was very nice - although no chance of a early check in. (I think that is just their standard line). When we came back to check in - we dealt with another front desk woman - and if you you... more

We just got home from New York City where we stayed at the Best Western President Hotel. We usually stay at the Belvedere which is just down the street because it is only a half a block from our daughter's apartment building. This time, though, I compared rates and (without reading the Trip Advisor reviews) decided to save money by... more

This hotel have a very good location and a good price for the offer. I paid a queen bedroon and stay at 13 th floor and it was sufficient for this vacations. The weaknesses of the hotel is the smell coming from the Asian restaurant that is located in the hotel atrium and the antipathy of the staff. The rest... more

I do not recommend this hotel. The rooms are dirty, toilets do not flush, and staff are the rudest I have ever come across. Spend your money elsewhere. more
