I really enjoyed my stay at B/W Plus Seaport Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was a little on the hard side, but I was able to sleep pretty well. Breakfast was pretty good, and the coffee was good too. The price was very reasonable. I would stay here again. It... We enjoyed our stay here in the conveniently located South Street Seaport area. Walked to restaraunts, to see the ships, and over the Brooklyn Bridge. Nice breakfast and parking was only one block away.

Our family of four stayed here for 3 days. The staff allowed us to dump our bags before we could check in, use the bathroom and got us juice from the breakfast area. The room was pretty big for NYC. The seaport area is really neat, up and coming, trendy, etc. It is about a 10 minute walk, or 6... More

Loved the location. We walked to the 9/11 memorial, wall street, the san gennaro festival, restaurants, bars, etc. The subway and bus were close too. The staff was very nice and we were very lucky to get a huge room with a water view.

Very comfortable room that's quite spacy and in NYC that's impossible. I'd highly reccomend staying here even though the location is a tough one to get in and out of - Grand Central is a known metaphor for BUSY and CRAZY. But the doormen and bellmen are always very friendly and the place is immaculate. Will be back.

Affordable for the city, clean rooms, big rooms, private bathrooms very friendly staff, and good location. Only 5-8 minute walk to the subway, plenty of upscale or cheaper restaurants and bars around. I would stay here again.

Great location right at South Street Seaport, a quite oasis free of traffic congestion. Many shops and restaurants. A short walk to the Brooklyn Bridge, ferry piers, the subway and The World Trade Center. Will make this my home in NYC.

This hotel has a great location, right at the South Street Seaport, a bustling shopping and historical area. It's a 10-minute subway ride from Times Square and safe enough at any time of day. Our double queen room was lovely and spacious. On the fourth floor, it was quiet, with a decent view of the Brooklyn Bridge. It was clean,... More

The service at this hotel was excellent - the staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, we were close enough to downtown but far enough away that we did not feel overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of NYC. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel... Freedom Tower, Central Park, MSG. I was pleased with the... More

The breakfast is self service and is limited to the amount of hot food, only being scrambled eggs and sausages. If you have sweet tooth, you can indulge in a selection of Doughnuts and small pastries. Apart from that, the only other options are toast and small boxes of cereal. Unfortunately, the fruit on offer was consisted of black Bananas,... More
