I stayed at this Best Western Hotel the weekend of 5/15 - 5/17, 2015. It was a pleasant hotel in a residential/commerical area. The room was big and spacious and the beds are so comfortable that you may not want to get up the next day. The included breakfast was also great, although the eating area is quite small. The... I usually stay at the Hampton Inn, but they were full. The Best Western is right around the corner and offers the same amenities (discount parking, breakfast, free WiFi), but I was pleasantly surprised. It was much larger inside, with a larger lobby area and breakfast room. The room, too, was much more spacious, with a fairly generous sitting area.... More

Hurricane Sandy affected the Seaport area of NYC, too, not just the Jersey Shore. This BW has no activities or restaurants in its vicinity... so you have to travel to do things & eat. We asked for late Check-Out and got an attitude from the Agent there.

This hotel was a great find. I didn't know much about New York before booking this hotel, but even though it ended up being a bit far from Times Square and all that, it was in a great location to the subway and for some other attractions. Great restaurants nearby, very quiet area. Overall very enjoyable. Felt like a quiet... More

Great staff. Good location. Enough breakfast options to keep you happy and their free! Décor is a little worn/dated but not enough of an issue to override the benefit of the great price, etc. The parking option is a bargain but the lot is off-site and I believe that staff may have damaged my car without telling me. Damage was... More

Would highly recommend the Seaport Inn for business travelers and tourists alike. Welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms, nice breakfast included in the rate. We had a view of the Brooklyn Bridge from our window, and there are numerous good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Free coffee available 24/7 in the breakfast room and free wi-fi everywhere. Convenient to... More

this hotel was like an oasis in New York. the surrounding cobblestones streets, restaurants and harbor all added to a small town experience in one of the largest cities in the world. The staff provided every amenity that was needed from directions, room selection and recommendations for dining ,shows and all that New York has to offer.

Nice quiet location very close to the Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street, & 9-11 Memorial. Rooms well appointed and well maintained. It's hard to find a quiet hotel in Manhattan. This is one of them. Close enough to subway stations to make subway travel viable. Less than a mile walk to Wall Street and the 9-11 memorial. Had a pretty good... More

Room value, cleanliness, and excellent facilities, but very poor WIFI access. I was able to navigate online, but then the connection dropped. Customer service contacted tech-support not knowledgeable with the access online. escalated issue to higher tech-support to reset router and access point.

My husband, son, & I stayed here for one night during our 4 day city excursion. Service was great, location was perfect for our walk to Battery Park and to the 9-11 Memorial and the hotel was very clean and inviting. Staff was extremely courteous and professional. We would recommend this hotel to any of our friends & relatives.
