I would recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. It is close to all attractions and great restaurants are steps away and also the waterfront. The staff was so attentive and courteous, especially the gentlemen at the front desk. I was their for business, but want to bring my family back to the hotel for a vacation. I felt very... More

Went there to watch the 4th of July fireworks, first the bathroom had a bar of soap stuck to the side of the sink. The balcony was accessible from the fire exit. Had 2 times a random guy was on the balcony. Lot to be changed.

This is an excellent hotel for the price and in a great location in New York. I've stayed twice in the past 3 months and would go back again. The staff are very helpful, rooms very large for New York and the location is great, easy to get to different parts of the city but quiet.

Book this hotel base on good review and it echo more or less my experience : Helpful staff, clean, good location-very close to seaport, Brooklyn Bridge-night view is beautiful. At first thought it was a bit odd that there was no counter space in bath room to put toiletries, but there was a chair inside. Later realize it was a... More

This hotel is definitely not bad. Although my impressions are mixed. The point is in a reference for comparison. Advantages. Perfect location. Seaport is a place with great vibe. There are plenty of places to eat, few stores and much more in a walking distance. Really great place in NY that close to financial district to live and hang out.... More

Staff here are very friendly and helpful; especially Alfredo. Good location for visiting New York. Nearest subway station is 15 minutes away (Fulton Street) next to the World Trade Centre. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet there are plenty of restaurants and bars around. Especially good value is Cowgirl and Seahorse; 5 minutes away. Our rooms was... More

Stayed here for 4 nights. $980, including breakfast, which we thought was good value. Very quiet and safe area which suited us, just off a transatlantic flight. Easy access to the city. Room was a bit tired but spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast good. Lots of pastries, bagels, muffins, doughnuts. Lovely fresh fruit salad. Egg and sausage. Yoghurts.... More

This is located in an up and coming area. I liked it. Plenty of near by bars and restaurants and shopping locations. The Brooklyn bridge, I could see it right out my window. Plus, it wasn't far from the financial district, Chinatown or Brooklyn were I spent my time.

I was with my husband in this hotel the first week of May. Check in was horrible, more than 40 minutes, and moreover we booked through Booking and the room the hotel gave us was completely different than the one booked. I complained and called Booking. Next day, Tia at the Front Desk changed our room. All the staff were... More
