The location of the hotel was convinient and easy to reach. It was a walking distance from the place of business. The overall stay was pleasant; the hotel staff was friendly, room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delayed in the morning but it probably attributed to the fact that it was a snow emergency evening / night before... More

This is an affordable small hotel with decent-sized rooms for New York (you could walk around the bed!) in a pretty quiet neighborhood right next to the Brooklyn Bridge. We were able to find on-street parking (holiday/weekend), though there is a nearby lot with a hotel deal. A few blocks to the subway, but an easy walk. Staff was lovely... More

Arrived on Christmas eve from Newark, not a long ride but it was $80.00 from Newark to this hotel. This is a small place but nice. The guy at the front desk was very informative and helpful. The breakfast was good and even thought the space is small we would just run down grab some things and head back up... More

Third stay at friendly, small hotel with some rooms having private terraces with views of the East River, Brooklyn Bridge, One World Trade Center, great connections to east- and westside subways, many restaurants. Only hotel choice for our trips to NYC.

I booked a single night in this hotel to be near to a meeting I had in Fulton Street the next morning. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The first room I was given directly overlooked some generators and was very noisy so I asked to be moved. This was done with no fuss whatsoever. Buffet breakfast was included... More

Stayed here for three days with two teenage kids as part of college visits. Loved the location, right in the old seaport area near Chinatown, Little Italy and the Brooklyn Bridge. It is quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of midtown but near subways to take you anywhere. They have have a reduced rate at a nearby garage... More

Great hotel in a great location. Comfortable accommodations and helpful staff. This hotel is close to the South Street Seaport and minutes away from from bus routes to Midtown. Shopping is convenient and sightseeing is easily available. Also, great restaurants are within walking distance. A free Connection bus provides transportation to the Battery and other attractions on the West Side. Half-price... More

I've never stayed in a Best Western Plus before this and would never ever stay in a regular Best Western now. This hotel is seriously run down. My closet doors fell off every time I tried to open them even after I asked to have them fixed. The heat was so loud I couldn't use it at night when it... More

This is a great hotel right by the Brooklyn Bridge in the Financial District in lower Manhattan. The rooms are much bigger than most you get in midtown and on the weekends the rates are cheaper. It is quiet on the weekends so if you like to get away from the hustle and bustle when you are done for the... More

This is a cute hotel in the heart of the Seaport. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars close by, and the Fulton Street MTA station is only a few blocks away. I'd definitely stay there again.
