From my early in the booking request for lower floor room which I got upon arrival up until my departure absolutely everything about this hotel is fabulous. The building is a gem with its quintessential New York architecture. This area has fabulous dining options all within the same block the hotel is on. They offer discount for parking. The lounge... Never been to NY so I was a little afraid but this location is so quiet and you feel right at home ready to enjoy a great night of sleep and comfort. Loved the shower and bed was very comfortable. Staff was ready to answer any questions. I am glad I didn't stay in Midtown that would have been too... More

My Stay at Bestwestern Seaport Inn was very comfortable. Located at a very primary location in Manhattan it was a convenient stay point to visit 9/11 memorial, brooklyn bridge and wall street. It's also near to fulton street subway station to commute uptown. The rooms are spacious enough and well maintained. The archaic look to the hotel makes the place... More

My granddaughters and I spent the day touring NYC, so by the time we got to the hotel we were pretty tired. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the Fulton St Station. The hotel's guest representative was kind and courteous, check-in was a breeze ; our room was clean, and spacious enough for the 3 of us;... More

Easy walk from a couple of subway stations making getting from the airport and around the city convenieint. The immediate area seems to be up and coming with new shops going into the old buildings. The hotel is almost in the shadow of the Brooklyn Bridge which makes for a nice walk/run. The staff were friendly enough but not particularly... More

Excellent value for money. On the 7th floor we were high enough to look over an adjacent building and view the Brooklyn Bridge as well as a bit of the Manhattan Bridge. Terrific at night as well as during the day. We had an outdoor balcony that also took in many of the adjacent highrises. The DUMBO neighborhood (Down Under... More

There were so many little things that went wrong and no true engagement from the employees. Having worked in the hotel industry for over 10 years, this was a truly disappointing experience. We called because the TV remote was not working. After 2 hours without a response, we called back to be asked "Oh, it isn't fixed yet." They finally... More

We stayed thee fore a week. Clean rooms, simpele sportfacilities, good free breakfast. The most however we liked was the spot. Returning at the end of a dazzeling day, The hotel was there in a quiet and nice neighbourhood with view om the brooklyn bridge.

I picked this hotel because it was close to some meetings I needed to attend. Once I saw the room and view I felt that I had hit the jackpot. The hotel is an older property, but that adds to the charm. The rooms have nice wallpaper/carpet and the bathroom had marble tiling. I had a room with a city... More

Brought a group from Syracuse New York for an overnight stay last June 2014. We checked in to the hotel after a Yankee Game. We had no problems with check in --check out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. the group had no complaints and we would bring the group again. The location was rebuilding after storm Sandy, however short walks... More
