The location of this hotel is excellent. It is near the new Seaport stores and restaurants and has a great view of the Brooklyn Bridge. It is also walking distance to Chinatown, 9/11 memorial and the government buildings. I usually stay uptown or around times square but I thought that this was a nice change. The room was adequate, reasonably... More

Rustic decor of the historic seaport district, close to many attractions, especially in Lower Manhattan, great staff, restaurants nearby, great value! Easy access to midtown Manhattan--theatre district, Times Square, Penn Station.

Best wetsern seaport is in an excellent location. It is quiet and lovely. 10 mins walk form subway. 2 hour walk to times square if you want a nice walk along the river! Close to shopping and close to many areas of interest. Love this Hotel, always chose this one even though it is out of the city and hustle... More

Although we've been to the City many times over the years, July 2015 was our first time staying at this hotel or in Seaport. Our room was large and clean, and most of the staff was very nice (one of the breakfast ladies got an attitude when we asked for cream cheese for the bagels...they were out). The neighborhood was... I am not sure why this hotel has such good reviews here on TripAdvisor. It is horrible. I would recommend to stay away as far as you can. We arrived late as we needed a last minute hotel. Since we were already nearby, my bd wanted quickly a place to stay. He saw only the good comments here. We booked... More

Very nice, clean room, with a view of Brooklyn Bridge. good bed. the breakfast which was included in the price was very nice and had everything you needed; coffee, eggs, cereals, juice, bread, bagels etc. The hotel is close to several subway lines, and there are cafes and restaurants around. especially cafe paris across the street is good, especially for... I was very pleased with the Best Western Plus at the Seaport. The building itself is very quaint and this neighborhood down by the Brooklyn Bridge is a hidden gem. The rooms themselves are a little worn down but very spacious for New York City. My room was an odd shape with very high ceilings and the windows were on... More

This hotel is my usual spot whenever I have to travel to New York and stay in the City. It will remain so, even if sometimes I have a couple of things to mention to the staff. It's conveniently located, the staff is quite helpful, breakfast is OK. My only minus is on the cleanliness of the room that was... More

I selected this hotel because of the location and the fact that it had large rooms with 2 beds which I required on this stay. Great location in walking distance to shopping, drug store, and 24 hour food. Very low traffic area convenient to subway and many others. Clean room and best value you will find in this area.
