Brought a group from Syracuse New York for an overnight stay last June 2014. We checked in to the hotel after a Yankee Game. We had no problems with check in --check out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. the group had no complaints and we would bring the group again. The location was rebuilding after storm Sandy, however short walks... More

My husband worked in New York for weeks/months at a time and always stayed at this hotel. The rooms were always, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful and now we always stay there when we go to New York. Christin Plumpton

I moved to CA from NYC after living there for 16 years. I came back for a job interview and brought my dogs so the hotel choices downtown that allowed pets were very limited. This hotel is average at best in that it's fairly clean (although a used mop bucket has a constant home near the elevators), basic and fairly... More

The hotel is located 5-10 min walk from the Fulton subway station that can get you anywhere in New York City. It was very handy for us as tourists. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room that we got was bigger than we expected for NYC, maybe a little outdated but very clean. It had a fridge and... More

The location of the hotel was convinient and easy to reach. It was a walking distance from the place of business. The overall stay was pleasant; the hotel staff was friendly, room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delayed in the morning but it probably attributed to the fact that it was a snow emergency evening / night before... More

This is an affordable small hotel with decent-sized rooms for New York (you could walk around the bed!) in a pretty quiet neighborhood right next to the Brooklyn Bridge. We were able to find on-street parking (holiday/weekend), though there is a nearby lot with a hotel deal. A few blocks to the subway, but an easy walk. Staff was lovely... More

Arrived on Christmas eve from Newark, not a long ride but it was $80.00 from Newark to this hotel. This is a small place but nice. The guy at the front desk was very informative and helpful. The breakfast was good and even thought the space is small we would just run down grab some things and head back up... More

Third stay at friendly, small hotel with some rooms having private terraces with views of the East River, Brooklyn Bridge, One World Trade Center, great connections to east- and westside subways, many restaurants. Only hotel choice for our trips to NYC.

I booked a single night in this hotel to be near to a meeting I had in Fulton Street the next morning. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The first room I was given directly overlooked some generators and was very noisy so I asked to be moved. This was done with no fuss whatsoever. Buffet breakfast was included... More

Stayed here for three days with two teenage kids as part of college visits. Loved the location, right in the old seaport area near Chinatown, Little Italy and the Brooklyn Bridge. It is quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of midtown but near subways to take you anywhere. They have have a reduced rate at a nearby garage... More
