My husband and I visited NYC earlier this month and thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Dream NY. The hotel is clean and decorated beautifully. The location was ideal for what we wanted to do in the city. It is near Central Park, Times Square and MOMA. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed, from late check in to... More

great location, but the rooms were extra-small, hallways narrow, dirty and dimly lit. There was blood on the bathroom towels and the room smelled of sewage. One staff member was nice, the others were horrible. This might be a worthwhile discount room if it were $95 a night, but north of $300 is obscene for what you get.

was disappointed because in the hotel was no spa, how was in booking.com introduced. The other things was ok. The best for me was clubs in the hotel, because i was in the evening to tired to go out. if you have good music in the hote, you just no need to go out. Will choose this hotel next time... More

DREAM used to be one of the corporate hotels of my company (it is no longer), and having stayed there several times in the past, I decided to stay there again. The room I was given -- 801, if memory serves -- had to be one of the most depressing hotel rooms I've ever seen. An internal room directly next... More

The staff, the facility, the rooms and the amentities- all outstanding. I've never had a hotel experience where each and every staff member consistently showed that they cared about me and my comfort. At every turn, they met my needs- even anticipated them. I just won't stay anywhere else when I go back to NYC.

Nice hotel. A bit trendy for my taste, but the location was great - just minutes from Central Park and Times Square. Room was clean and reasonably spacious. Lots of 24hr pharmacies around and you are spoilt for choice for local Delis and restaurants. Had some TV problems. V-chip was activated so a lot of regular networks were blocked for... More

I stayed there as i wanted to stay near the times square. A friend of mine recommended this place. For the 200 USD i paid for the room....definitely worth it... Because u are staying right on the times square.. Ask for the room facing the broadway and also there is no noise in the room as other people have written.In... More

I used the iPhone app "Hotels Tonight" to secure a last-minute room at the Dream and was very pleased with the rate and the hotel. Modern and fanciful design touches are found throughout the hotel from the lobby (a two story aquarium & a Buddha) and room (those glowing blue, glass-topped work desks). The furniture and fixtures were in good... More

The hotel is located in a very nice location few blocks from times square. I enjoyed my stay there, the room was clean and nicely decorated. The price is reasonable in comparison to other hotels and staff is really friendly. Overall i would rank it as a very good !!

We had stayed at the Dream before and liked the location, accommodations and val;ue. When we checked in this time there was confusion with our reservation. Thankfully Angie, one of the managers, took care of making everything all right for our three night stay. Her main concern was that we were happy and comfortable. She could not have been more... Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
