Stayed for a total of 7 nights in July and August. The N, Q, R, J, Z and 6 trains are right below the hotel. Station is called Canal St. We were given rooms right above the reception and could felt the trains vibrating below but we weren't disturbed by that because these trains brought about great assessiblity and convenience... Stayed in Hotel Azure in TriBeCa a few weeks ago. Location was good, being only steps to the 6 train made it very accessible because the location is just okay, in terms of what is right around the hotel. The room was very clean, but very small, however, that is something expected for a Manhattan hotel at that price, so... More

The pictures in the hotel website seem to be okay but the real feel of the room is..they are very tiny. The 3rd person has no space if there are 2 persons standing. Thats how it is. They don't offer breakfast and its very costly compared to the other hotels in the area.

I booked this museum to be close to a friend in Chinatown, for that purpose it was good. You can hear the subway below the hotel as it passes underneath and shakes the whole building. Other than that the room was small, as to be expected and it was a little bit dirty looking.

We could not have wished for a better location! Walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge, SoHo, Union Square, etc. The rooms are a bit small, but very clean. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were cleaned daily. The neighbourhood is very safe, and we didn't feel uncomfortable walking the streets at night. You can make tea or coffee in the... More

So, if you want to be in walking distance of most of Lower Manhattan and Midtown, and very close to the subway, this is perfect. In other words, if you only want to use the room to sleep, then it's a good option - cheap and central, although not all that clean, and really teeny weeny rooms. Get a room... More

5 minutes walk to Canal Street and Centre Street subways station, 10 minutes walk to Worth Street where all the courts and government building, 5 minutes walk to Mulberry Street ( main street of Little Italy) 10 minutes walk to Soho, follow Broadway to 9/11 Memorial Museum about 20 minutes, the hotel is in New York Chinatown, your friends or... This hotel is well located to visit Chinatown and Little Italy. The subway is very close but this convenience comes at at a price as the room we stayed in literally rattled and vibrated from the train below. We were also travelling with four bags (too many I know) but the room was so small that there was just no... More

Tiny, tiny rooms... I mean only big enough for a double bed and about 8 inches between it and the wall on the sides. No closet... hangers on the wall of the bedroom. The shower door barely closes if you are standing in the shower; if you're a big person you could not close the door at all.. Very conveniently... More
