Rooms are very small if you are going "economy class" lol but it was sooo clean, beds comfortable, quiet, friendly staff... bathroom clean, good shower heads and water pressure made for well maintained hair. It was a very pleasant experience and I would most definitely stay there again. I have paid more for other hotels and I think this was... More

I just came back from 5 nights at the Holiday Inn. It was a great hotel. The rooms were very modern and clean and the free internet in the business centre was great. I was on the 21st floor which had views of the empire state building and the room very lovely and quiet. Staff were very friendly, and the... More

While on business I stayed at this hotel. While the room was pretty small (but they all are in NYC) I was very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location close to several subway stations and a short walk to Times Square.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were in New York unexpectedly due to the volcano so booked two rooms for 7 adults to save money. It was a bit of a squeeze to have 4 adults in the two double beds but since we spent most of... Very impressed with this hotel - from the friendly and helpful staff at check in to the wonderful view of the Empire State Building (especially at night) from our hotel room! Asking questions about travel, food etc, the staff were very happy to help and we did ask a lot of questions! Very clean rooms - lovely to come back... More

Since our arrival, it was the attention from the people of the front desk and the Prime Café that we valued the most. I traveled with my parents, and my dad can't just eat any meal. The guys from the restaurant were really open to fix him rice, plain grilled chicken breast, sliced tomatoes and chicken soup even though they... More

We stayed here for ten days so we got a solid idea of this hotel. The location is ideal, it is in Manhattan's midtown, close to subways that take you anywhere, but also far enough from the chaos of Times square. The rooms were in good condition and were very clean. The area seemed very safe to us, even late at... More

I had to find a hotel at last minute for my early arrival in NYC, so I was only here one night before moving on to another property. The front desk staff and door attendants were great, as they were friendly and engaging. The location of the hotel was fantastic and it is an area I would stay in again.... More

Found the hotel on the Holiday Inn website the day of arrival. The price was a great deal. The hotel is simple, yet very clean. The rooms are small, but I'll take a clean room over a big one.

I spent almost an hour on the net looking for a good deal in Manhattan but wanted to make sure I didn't chance taking my fiance, her mother, and her sisters to a skeevy place. This Holiday Inn is a clean decent place and is a great value and I recommend it. Yes, the rooms, bathrooms, and lobby are small... More
