We recently stayed for 6 nights while participating in an art show in Chelsea. We selected this hotel since it was the closest "name" hotel near our site and it offered a good rate for the period. One expects rooms to be small in Manhatten unless you stay in a very high end establishment. However, this room was Very small... More

Generally speaking it is a very average hotel in quite good location in Manhattan. AS per load of other comments left by other travellers the hotel is SMALL, everything in there is small, we had double room with two double beds and the room couldn't contain anything else. Couldn't open the wardrobe doors because of bed sitting directly in front... More

We read on other reviews that the rooms were small and yes they were! The location is great but the main thing I disliked was the presentation in the foyer. The first thing that struck me was how neglected it was. It wouldn't cost a lot to do a little refurb add a splash of colour and some comfy lounges.... More

We truly appreciate your honest feedback, I will pass this review to our management TEAM and discuss your main point in regards to our lobby area requiring some TLC. Otherwise, we're happy to know that you found the "staff very friendly", certainly what we strive for here. Best, Daniel F. More

The size of the room -the room with two double beds was tiny. And if you have a few suitcases, then you you have to move over your beds. This is an overnight hotel by what it offers, a type of an airport hotel away from the airport. Ok just for one night. The air conditioning unit in the room,... More

We stayed for 4 nights in this very nice hotel! Room is bigger than most standard hotel I've stayed in New York, bed very very comfortable. Bathroom not so small! There is a hairdryer but no safe deposit box. There is a flat screen tv, but we never turn it on! Location really close to the Empire State Building. Metro... More

The room was clean and quiet very close to several attractions within walking distance or a short walk to the metro staff was always very friendly and asked if there was anything that we needed especially Jazmine rooms are average for this part of New York lots of restaurants around and centrally located

If you are searching for conforto but not space you are close to it! It's a very good place with a nice staff, clean enviroment and very good room service. And if you take the high stages you can see all Manhattan south as well as the One World Trade Center

We were three girls booked into a large room with two doubles - rooms could've been larger as should have been the bathroom however for the price we paid we couldn't complain. We didn't have much of an issue with waiting for a lift but we were out early and arriving back at 6pm then staying local. Room service and... More

First of all, everything is too small: rooms, corridors, bathrooms, elevators, even the lobby. We haven't had enough space for all the luggage inside the room. When you realize the elevator is never going to arrive, you try to escape the situation taking the stairs. But even there, you find obstacles: leftovers, dirty dishes and used towels. Wifi is the... Staying in Chelsea

Neighborhood Profile
Chelsea
Home to hundreds of art galleries, beautiful brownstones, and one of New York’s newest and most popular attractions, Chelsea is one of the city’s jewels when it comes to neighborhood life. The contemporary art scene is an integral part of the neighborhood’s identity, with gallery openings almost every night of the week and countless exhibits to explore. As a longtime hub of gay culture in New York City, it’s also a diverse district with a vibrant nightlife scene. The opening of the High Line, an abandoned elevated train track transformed into a world-class pedestrian park, gave this neighborhood new life as a tourist destination. The High Line provides visitors with a tranquil, elevated space with incomparable views, providing an unparalleled way to experience the city.
