We made this visit at the peak Christmas - New Year's season and were very pleased with the hotel. Very comfortable bed, clean rooms. Staff went out of their way to please. (Sophie was a jewel.) Great breakfast, even under very busy usage. Concierge was helpful. For the price, it was more than we expected. More

Very convenient to main hub of entertainment. Excellent staff with very clean rooms. Although quite small rooms it is my understanding this is typical NY city. Rooms confortable and staff gladly held all bags after checkout until we were ready to leave NY. More

This hotel was not $350 like the one review said. It was very economical--room is small but clean and comfortable. So close to both Penn Square Station and Port Authority. Great variety of breakfast foods. Highly recommend. More

Stayed here Oct'11. Good room, quiet, nice little continental breakfast included. Superb location at Times Square, so chose to pay astronomical $350 for a night instead of lots of taxi fares.
