Stayed here in the 2 bed apt for 3 nights...great location if you want to be midtown...had a good view although can't say that for the other apartments....Good amount of space...no lift...beds comfy, bathroom could have been tidier...Bath sill had seal coming away...wouldn't take much to make good then the overall feel would have been great. Would I stay again...possibly... More

Great location. Good value. Especially handy to have kitchen facilities. The studio apartment has very limited natural light, but the kitchen table gives nice work space that is out of the line of sight of someone in the bed area, if you need that. All apartments are on the 2nd through 4th floors, no elevator. No lobby.

My family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights during half term. Yes NYC was freezing!!! Location, Location, Location!! Walking distance to most of NYC landmarks Our apartment was on the second floor which needed navigating via stairs. There are no lifts!! We had no problems but someone with a buggy or not strong to carry their luggage up some... More

Went to New York City with 2 of my friends to see the Lion King. We needed a place to stay and we wanted something upscale but not to pricey. I always wanted to stay at the Roosevelt Hotel located on 45th street. I checked the rates and they had a special for the weekend of our show. All I... More

Excellent location in the heart of Midtown in Manhattan, exactly on the corner of 6th Ave and 38th St, very close to different subway stations, but in a walking distance from a all the central Manhattan attractions. We made the online reservation with the professional and friendly assistance of Erika, and when arrived at the apartment, we found Goura, such... More

I booked out 4 apartments at Ten15 for our friends and family who came to New York for our wedding. We took a bit of a shot in the dark in booking here as we had read online about scams with booking places and what you actually get etc. I arrived before everyone else and completed the check in (very... Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
