We checked in about 9:30 pm, the reception was nice courteous and polite. She gave us both bottled water and answered our questions. The reception area was clean and neat. The receptionist advised us of the Hot spots in the area to dine or party. Everything we wanted was within walking distance, and the location could not have been better,... More

The staff warmly welcomed us, and continued to have great communication daily. They answered all questions, helped us with our luggage, and provided us with a clean room. It was extremely quiet for sleeping. I would highly recommend this hotel. And the subway was right down the street.

This hotel is ideally situated to use the NY subway system since it is only 1/2 block away in either direction. The staff (all of them) were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about any subject which come that needed a recommendation. The buffet breakfast in the morning was full of different choices each day, as well as, cooked to order... More

Great location, nice rooms, front desk staff and concierge very helpful. Manager was a complete nightmare, tried to forcibly gain access to our room on 4 occasions while we were having an afternoon nap. Used his keycard to open the door before we had a chance to respond or answer his knock. No respect for privacy. Other guests also complained... More

stayed in the hotel with a friend who was visiting NYC for the first time. Location wise this cannot be beat. it's right in the center of it all and easy hub for exploring Manhattan. The room we had was extremely clean and larger than typical NYC hotels. Complimentary coffee and tea during the day was a bonus though wifi... More

In new York on business mixed with a little pleasure. I had a very good experience. The room was clean, comfortable bed, I had no elevator or other room noise. I found the staff very helpful and pleasant. On the 12th floor there were no issues with the speed or frequency of the elevator. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was warmly welcomed to hotel and had a quick and easy check in. I needed directions and the staff was super helpful. The internet in the room was sub par, I had the top tier and the speeds and in room wifi coverage was not great. Room was presented well but was not cleaned on time each day. Overall... More

This is a fabulous find. Spotless hotel with nice rooms and good service. Close to where you need to go, including a subway stop down the street. A few short blocks from Penn Station, Times Square, Macy's, etc. Also, 28th Street is the heart of the flower district, so walking down the block in Spring and Summer mean flowers at... More
