Saw all the good reviews for this hotel and it did not disappoint. Hotel staff pleasant with clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was included with lots of choice including omelettes, sausages, cereals, bagels, pancakes, muffins, toast, pastries and fruit which really set us up for the day. Penn Station is a 5 minute walk so handy for subway or train... More

This hotel ticks all the right boxes if you want a clean, comfortable place to stay in New York near to transport links and within walking distance to midtown attractions. This property is located just a couple of blocks (if you find the right exit) from Penn station and 28th street station for the 1 train is quite literally a... More

This property doesn't disappoint in any way. Nice size room with up-to-date furnishings and bath, clean everywhere, plentiful and nice variety of breakfast items, super-friendly staff, plus the location can't be beat. When we return to NYC this property will be my first place to look for a room.

It was my 1st time in New York and I started planning my trip months ago. I called the hotel a few months before my arrival and spoke with a "Shelly" at the front desk, who knocked my spirits about coming to NYC all the way down. When I asked about "paying" on my room before I got there, she... More

Located on 2 blocks from Madison Square Garden & Penn station. 4~5 blocks from Macy's and K town. It is good neighbor for traveler. That's it. I am staying courtyard level. Staff at the front was not so helpful when i checked in. The room is cold because it is basement level. Try to avoid C level. At first glance,... More

This Hotel was perfect for us. We came in at Penn Station and were going to Madison Square Garden to see Billy Joel in concert. We picked this Hotel because of the great location, but were pleasantly surprised to find it to be clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the dining area so nice that guests hung out... Nice, clean hotel. All the Holiday Inn Express hotels have great breakfast, and it is easy to get a table if you get breakfast earlier (can't speak for later). This one is newer and quieter than the one on west 39th. I love the location because I spend most of my time in Chelsea and Greenwich Village, and can easily... More

I have stayed at most of the holiday inns in NYC and this was by far the best of the bunch. Been there 4 times and each trip the rooms were spotless and the attitude of the staff was very pleasant. Great location with easy access to msg and Pennsylvania station, mass transit is everywhere. Eataly is blocks away...

We booked the hotel on last minute. The room is big and clean. Its very near Central Park and minutes away from Time Square. Breakfast buffet is just ok but plenty to choose for. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Staff are very accommmodating.

Decent value and ok location even if not my favorite part of Manhattan. Standard for a Holiday Inn. Very busy hotel and lobby is a little chaotic in the mornings. Breakfast area also is mad busy. Rooms are ok. Noise level is at a medium. No frills hotel but ok for a couple of days business. Close to MSG, Times... More
