Staying at the London NYC couldn't have been a better experience. From the moment you arrive to a most welcoming atmosphere to your sad departure. The hotel staff treat you as though you are the only guest that matters. The comfort and cleanliness of the rooms to the exceptional quality of the food both in the restaurant and the room... More

We have stayed in The London NYC several times in the past and our experience has been consistently excellent. However, this is the first time I am actually taking the time to write a review. My wife and I kicked things up a notch this visit and stayed in their "Atrium Suite" to celebrate her birthday. You really have to... More

We have now stayed at the London for the last 4 years over Thanksgiving weekend and continue to be impressed by the quality of service and accommodation in general. The same high standards which we experienced during our first stay remain intact and, if anything, are better than ever! The rooms are impressively large and well maintained and the beds... More

As one who has a severe Bed Bug allergy, this is the ONLY Hotel I will now stay in when in NYC. Wonderful facilities, pleasant staff and key...clean rooms! Well Done!

The London NYC is in a superb location - within walking distance of Central Park,The Met, The Museum of Natural History,Times Square & Broadway. The staff went out of their way to be both professional & friendly. They were most helpful in all ways, from hailing a cab, answering tourist questions & recommending restaurants,to informing us of road closures due... More

We just completed our week-long Thanksgiving vacation in the Big Apple, where the London NY was our home. We stayed in a suite, which gave us extra leg room and space. The hotel is very conveniently located to several subway lines, a few short blocks from 5th Ave and Central Park. Free internet and newspaper, which is not so common... More

The rooms are great, the location superb, the showers fantastic. I but I like my coffee in the morning and room service is $40 for coffee and half a grapefruit. No coffee maker in the room. What offended me, though, was the bell staff. No one even opened the door for me when I came in at 12:30 pm with... More

Not my favorite hotel of all time, but overall a good experience. The hotel lacks in details, but was a better price than others in mid-November, which is the start of Manhattan's big shopping season. The decor is all cliche mid-century modern, formica tables, etc.... Won't wear well but for the moment all in relatively good shape. We booked through... More

The London NYC has everything one could want when staying in Manhattan. We bring our 3 boys often and stay in the 2BR suites. They are lovely. Soft lighting, exceeding clean, modern furnishing with excellent bed linens. The service is excellent and accommodating. We ate at Gordon Ramsey's Maze with our 3 boys(12,9,7). The food was excellent and although they... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
