We tried this hotel due to a Hotel Tonight deal. Our family of four stayed 2 nights. The room was clean and cozy. We loved the decor and the simply touches to make your stay comfortable - in room books, Keurig, robes, and l'occitane products. The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaner (mainly the walls). What... More

Thanks for the 5 star Review Travel Mom! We're really pleased to learn of how comfortable your family was. Thanks for mentioning Melissa and Nina. We're very proud of our team members. I apologize for the issue with parking. Please know that it is not a typical experience. As a NYC property, we contract our services and don't directly manage... More

Stayed for a few nights, already a new yorker but had a mini staycation, as melissa, at the front desk called it! It was a great stay among other hotels when I called the front desk or was called from the front desk I was greeted with a friendly voice! Something I wasn't use to but welcomed as a nice... More

Thanks Jeanette! We really appreciate the 5 star review! Tribeca is great for a Staycation; as it is far removed from the hustle in midtown, close to the Hudson River Park, the Brooklyn Bridge and the Dining choices are second to none. I'm so happy to hear of the assistance that Melissa and the rest of the staff provided you... More

Duane street hotel is a wonderful boutique hotel in the Soho/TriBeCa area, within walking distance to EVERYTHING. Great restaurants are nearby, clubs and transportation. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful just ask and they will accommodate you. The beds are BIG and very comfortable, I slept like a baby after walking all over the city. Please be... Awesome hotel in Tribeca neighborhood. This is a cute and comfortable hotel with interesting cozy modern décor and excellent service. Loved the décor and having a room that seemed fitting for NY - wood floors, small but efficient modern design, huge windows with wonderful blackout shades, small but modern bathroom with a cozy robe, room safe, keurig, large tv that... The best part of this hotel is the location. You can walk down to FiDi, walk up to Canal St. grab a red / Green / Yellow line close by. I wanted to be in TriBeCa and from the available hotels, I chose this one looking for a "Boutique" experience, something more personal than the standard "Hilton Group" fare. When... More

My husband and I had a small City Hall wedding ceremony this past June, and I had originally chosen to book this hotel due to it's close proximity to everything (City Hall, the restaurant for our small lunch reception, NJ Path where family was commuting from). Plus, we really like unique tastes, and much preferred this boutique hotel over a... More

Couldn't be happier with my recent business trip stay here at this hotel. Perfectly located for walking around Soho, the 911 site and Greenwich Village. Clean, contemporary facility with helpful front desk. Parked and retrieved our car efficiently. Abundance of quality restaurant nearby.

We've stayed here before about 3-4 years ago. The renovations and new decor were well done and in character for the NYC/TriBeCa neighborhood. We received a complimentary upgrade to our room on check in which was amazing! We stayed for 3 days and each staff member was welcoming and friendly. We didn't hear any street level noise and could only... More

A good location in Tribeca, nice if you like boutique hotels. Plenty of food options near by. Subway station close by also. Rooms aren't that big but have everything you need. Didn't eat in the resturant as it was empty. Had a few meals across the road at the Tribeca Kitchen.

Staying in TriBeCa

Neighborhood Profile
TriBeCa
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighborhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighborhood home.
