We were supposed to stay there fro four nights, unfortunately Hurricane Irene cut short our visit and we were gone in two days. Overall, I found this Hilton property to be good but not great. From the marginally acceptable bell boy service - took 25' to get our bags up - to constant waiting lines for customers to check-in, it... More

The Hilton New York has become our home away from home. The staff is consistently pleasant and courteous, making this large establishment feel much more like a boutique hotel. We love it!!!

Purchased via Priceline bid; can't really complain too much given the excellent price I paid. The lobby area is a bit dated, needs a refresh, room was typical small Manhattan, but had been updated. Bed didn't seem up to par with quality of other Hiltons. Make sure to ask for a room away from elevators--hard time going to sleep with... More

The delux room we had on the 10th floor was excellent.Very clean, tidy and comfortable.the Hotel though, was very busy and noisy most of the time we were there, with large parties of delegates from company training meetings, who seemed to take over most of the bars on an evening. We did not eat in the Hotel for we thought the prices... Stayed here for 3 days room was small and stunk of mould and mildew and this was the executive floor. For almost 400 dollars per night I felt completely ripped off. Cleaners were the friendliest people in the hotel and the bar tender in the lobby bar was a complete misery. A bottle of beer in the bar was 11.77... More

Arrived at this hotel for a two night stay in a "deluxe room". Check in was swift, but was upgraded to executive room. It was small and rather dated, but was able to downgrade my room type to the deluxe room and still keep access to the Executive lounge. Executive lounge was very different to European versions. Size was the... More

Recommend forking up a little more for the Executive level floors - quieter, and you probably save time and money grabbing breakfast and late afternoon snacks in the lounge. However, watch the drink prices! I paid $15 for a mediocre glass of white wine; could have waited and spent that on something better at dinner. Could have been a little... More

I stayed at the Hilton this past week for a business trip. Reception was extremely helpful, kind, and briefed me accordingly on the whereabouts of everything in the hotel (it is rather large). The room was a perfect size with a great large TV. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were plentiful and perfect. The bathroom was cleanily and... More

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton New York! It is located conveniently to all that Midtown and 5th Avenue offer without being in the thick of Times Square. The room was very comfortable. Crisp white linens and dark wood were used to decorate the space. The bathroom was updated with a seamless, glass-doored shower and granite counters. The... More

Thank you for staying with us when you visited New York CIty. I am glad to hear that check in was smooth and the room met your needs.
