I stayed here in May 2011. The best thing about the hotel is its location. Just opposite Rockefeller Centre, seconds from 5th Ave and few minutes’ walk from Times Square. The hotel has a tiny, almost invisible street entrance with no real facilities downstairs. Some members of the staff were very helpful and polite, but some others almost rude. Upon... More

As a former New Yorker, I am always asked for advice on places to stay in the Big Apple. Thankfully, I am able to test some of my recommendations, as I travel to the city on business or family visits fairly often. Stayed here,as my company recommended it via our travel unit, as its across from Rockefeller Center. Location is... More

We stayed at Club Quarters the second week in June 2010. The shuttle pulled up to the front doors and I started to worry that I picked a less than appealing place in a less than desirable area. It was our first time to the Big Apple. We had no idea where we were. Read on. The facade did not... More

This hotel is in a great location next to Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue and a 5 minute walk to Times Square. Just stayed there for a long weekend with my wife and was not disappointed at all. The rooms are nice size, very clean, with a newer bathroom. The bathroom is rather small but very functional. The rooms could be... More

I stayed at the Manhattan Centre hotel for one night, which was far too long. I was looking for a large hotel room with a kitchen, sofa and desk. That was literally what I received. First I have never stayed at a hotel in which I must use a room key to activate the elevator. This was simply nuts and... More

My first visit to hotel with automated check-in and -out. My room was clean and up-to-date with free Internet, WiFi and a renovated bathroom (always a plus in NYC). Free water bottles are available on even floors. The two elevators reach capacity quickly - not only when laundry is transported on and off the premises. Good restaurant on the 7th... More

Enjoyed a one-night stay in NYC. Very helpful staff; good location in mid-town, small, but well appointed room; numerous amenities (including free bottled water!) Definitely a hotel I'll be returning to in the future.

My wife and I took my grandaughter for her first visit to New York city, the hotel located between 5th & 6th aves directly accross Rockefeller Plaza is perfectly located. We were in a suite that was quite comfortable, with a kitchenette which was handy. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The garage is nearby. I would highly recommend... More

We stayed here in Sept 2010. The best thing about the hotel is it's location. It was perfect for us - right at Rockefeller Centre, seconds from 5th Ave and 5 minutes from Times Square. The subway was also just around the corner. The room itself was small and a bit dark but it was fine for New York when... More

I've been staying last month at Club Quarters opposite Rockefeller Center...a few steps from Fifth Avenue and,at the same time, very quiet at night(I was on the 17th floor). My room was very confortable, not plenty of space around, but who cares? Also the bathroom was nice and the shower great! The small lobby was adequate for a quick, efficient check in and check out...on the... Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
