I booked this hotel for 3 nights recently on the basis of the strong reviews. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. The service at check in was slow. The staff were distracted and forgot we were waiting there. The room was tiny, too cramped to move around in. There are not 2 lifts; sometimes they were quick, other times we had... More

Great hotel!! Right in the heart of everything, walk to Rockefeller Center, Central Park, Times Square. Beautiful room, kind of small, but had everything we needed. Free water and bottles to put it in. Great price, too! And a great burger place across the street.

If you are looking for a large room in NYC that is located in the heart of Manhattan you will pay a lot. If you want a convenient location with a great view of the Top of the Rock, St. Patricks Cathedral, and Radio City Music Hall, this is the place. It's not the quietest place, so know that going... I've stayed in three Club's in NY city and this was by far the worst. I understand NY is cramped for space but this hotel is really small. We stayed one night at the Club Quarter by Grand Central Station and I would recommend that one before you book here. Yes you walk right around Rockefeller Center, but honestly it... More

Hotel is located in the middle of everything. The world famous Rockefeller Center is on walking distance. You will find restaurants, bars, stores well everything really. The other nice feature this hotel offers its guests are unlimited bottled water. Right outside your room, there are brand new, empty bottles and filtered water. Last time I checked they were free of... More

Great hotel for a business trip; central location with all the essentials. Great value, especially with the club-like extras. The only negative experience I had was the bed in my room; the mattress was uncomfortable. It had lost it's support and had a big depression on one side. Otherwise, nice hotel with nice staff and service.

Very efficient service - the room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean though small - breakfast was good - reception is helpful, and there is a lounge which can be used post checkout until departure time - all in all a very practical choice for a business trip to NY

Perfectly located for our first trip to NY and the service at the desk was excellent. Our room looked over the street but was very quiet, had a decent amount of space and was very clean. Appreciated the free filtered bottled water and that it was no problem to store our bags both before and after our stay and they... More

This is a small, basic hotel in Midtown. The location across from Rockefeller Center is great, but everything else (with the exception of the customer service on check out) was average at best. There was a small refridgerator and a microwave in my room, which was convenient. But my room also had dust bunnies on the rug when I checked... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
