My son was supposed to stay there 4 nights. Checked out after 1. Bought this on a groupon. No AC in the room, sheets like plastic, worst of all next to a construction site which ran until late at night and picked up again at 5 AM. Complained to the hotel staff who did nothing. We have complained to both... More

Almost everything perfect. The location is amazing, near Radio City Music Hall, not inside Times Square, 2 blocks from a subway station. The people who works there are the best, they are all kind and make you feel at home. The restaurant is very good and prices are adequate. They can receive any package you need (I bought A LOT... Booked a stay at the last minute and got a great rate through an Internet site. The hotel has a great location in Rockefeller Center and is right across the street from Radio City Music Hall. Upon arrival the tiny lobby was extremely cluttered with people and luggage and our room was not ready yet. So we checked our bags... More

It was a pleasant stay and very comfortable. I wish the bathroom was a little cleaner (hair on the walls and in the shower) but overall really nice. Will for sure be stay. The lady at the front desk was so great and nice. She made my stay thank you !

Yes, the 7th-floor Terrace is a gem, and you cannot beat the Rockefeller Center location. But, oh my goodness, the customer service was poor, to say the least. Checking in, we found the room uncomfortably warm and asked the front desk to check the A/C. Leaving for the afternoon, we made sure to call later in the day and ask... More

We had the best time at this hotel. We were treated like royalty. The manager, Hugo, looked after our every need. Sandy and Mary at the front desk were most helpful. The room was beautiful and clean with crisp sheets and plenty of towels. I will most definitely stay at Club Quarters again and recommend it highly to my friends.

Visiting NYC in the middle of heat wave the free filtered bottled water was the best part of this hotel! Other pros of this hotel: LOCATION-it's super close to Rockefeller Center so if you want to join the Today show crew early in the morning its a 3 minute walk. Also taxis are pretty reasonable to this location from all... More

Right in the middle of Manhattan across from the Rockefeller Center. Best location to go all directions... A very small lobby which is usually staffed only by 1 receptionist. Lots of work for that staff member, but they are friendly and efficient. Lobby gets very crowded at times. Elevators usually give you a very long waiting time as there are... More

First time in NYC and this was a great base to see all the big sights. The rooms as expected from NY, where small, but very clean and had what you needed. Although a mini bar/fridge would be good to keep food/drinks in. The service was great, could not fault it. The lifts are quite slow. The gym on level... More

Right across from Rockefeller Center. Rooms are typical NYC small. Bathrooms okay size. Both are very nicely appointed. Great location across from 30 Rock ( Rockefeller Center). Near the TV stations and Radio City Music Hall. A lot of restaurants nearby. People were very friendly and helpful. Lobby is small but pleasant and quiet. Pleasant all around experience. Definitely worth... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
