We arrived at the hotel around 6 pm and our room was not ready. There were a handful of people waiting for rooms as well. The front desk clerk did the best she could but I thought it was strange to wait that late at night when check out was hours earlier. We had dinner reservations so we left our... More

This is the most amazing location in Manhattan. We were able to walk to every one of our planned destinations. Had awesome view of Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall. Hotel has exceptionally friendly staff and thoughtful amenities. Love the terrace lounge for drinks and breakfast. Rooms were not typical closet-sized rooms common in the city.

Chose this hotel due to the rates. The rooms are small. Bathroom was a bit dated. We did not stay much in the room so it worked for the rate. The hotel has courtesy bottled water, vending/ice machine on 2nd floor, restaurant (we did not use). Staff was wonderful.

This hotel was chosen by my hubby's work. Location is amazing, right between 5th Ave and Avenue of the Americas so great if you want to go shopping. The room was clean but on the small side. We had a fridge and a microwave in our room which was great especially with a toddler in tow. Our room faced the... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for fun...and had just that. It was in a great location, right across the street from Rockefeller Center. Just a walk away from Time Square, Hard Rock Cafe, 42nd Street. They also had a beautiful Terrace on the 7th floor outside overlooking the street, where we had breakfast. Good times, we would... This has all the qualities of the chain: comfortable, clean, but rather small rooms, unless one pays extra for a bigger one. The location is perfect, service friendly and efficient. In the past Clubquarters Hotels were rather well-priced. That is no longer the case. One pays the full amount for what one gets. Rooms facing the street are somewhat noisy,... More

This hotel was chosen for me by the group I was working with on a project in NYC. As far as Manhattan hotels go I think it is a good value, if there is such a thing in NYC. It would be really hard to beat the the location for convenience. The hotel is between 5th Avenue and Avenue of... More

I stayed here for a week while on business and I needed to stay in midtown. The location is absolutely fantastic! Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Central Park, Park Ave, Madison St, and Radio City Music Hall are all within walking distance. The rooms are average size for a hotel in the city. The beds are absolutely atrocious. I couldn't get... More

Club Quarters was a clean, simple hotel. The beds were not very comfortable and only had 2 pillows. One towel per person and only one hand towel per room were provided. It was clean and the staff was welcoming. Just a place to lay your head while visiting the city. The price was right and the location to Rockefeller Center... More
