Great choice, great location, in walking distance of major attractions and subways! Loved the purified water tank with clean, refillable bottles...so cool!! The staff were very friendly and responded timely to our needs!

This is one of our favorite hotels in NYC! The location is awesome (next to Rockefeller Center but on a quiet street); the rooms are larger than most hotels in NYC; the price is worth it and is great value; the amenities (free internet; free bottled water; free water refills; hotel onsite; attentive and an incredibly responsive staff for our... This location met and exceeded my travel needs! The space was just right; the dining was very good and convenient; and this location was excellent for shopping and Broadway's Theatre area, the trip purpose.

We've stayed at Club Quarters facilities multiple times and we're always impressed with the consistency of quality. I have memberships with most of the major hotel chains. Even though they are usually good, you always anticipate a curveball, especially when they take over an existing hotel. But CQ has never let me down. Fast easy check-in, pleasant staff and clean... Spent the blizzard here and while staff was very nice, the hotel is due for repairs. In our room: cracked sink, missing tile in shower, un-reliable power strip on desk. In the lounge/dining room, breakfast was very nice, but at 62 degrees, it was way too cold. Day two (after complaining about low temp on day 1) the temp was... More

We liked the location and cleanliness of this hotel. Front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. The room was small (that's NYC) but very clean and quiet (we were on the 21st floor) modern decor. The water pressure in the bathroom was just right (if you care about that sort of thing). The hotel uses a parking garage a... More

Beautiful hotel. I love Manhattan and will definitely be coming back. We went to see Jill Scott a Radio City music Hall and it was right across the street. Awesome location. There are a lot awesome food place. The New York Yankee Restaurant is the best!

Very friendly staff. Hotel was lovely and clean the rooms were on the small side but overall I had an enjoyable stay. Elevators took a while to get to ground floor, I was located on the 24th floor so couldn't exactly take the stairs. Great Location. Will be returning.

Everyone was very friendly, the gentleman that was working the front desk helped me with the parking situation. Location was very close to everything, shops, restaurants, night life. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the 51st street which was a nice bonus

Stayed at the CQ for 2 days during NYE. The location is perfect for those who like to stay near Times Square. On the 6th or 7th floor they have a restaurant with a great view of St Patrick's Cathedral and the Rockefeller Center Ice ring. The staff was very friendly. It doesn't feel like you are in a big... Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
