We booked a room with king bed. The staff did not say anything when we checked in. Only we went to our room that we found there was a double bed tucked into the corner. We went back to the front desk right away. The staff told us there was a flood in the hotel and there was no alternative.... more

The family room was so small that was impossible to open baggage or to move. The air conditioner was near to bed, staff wasn't polite and helpful, in particular a young woman who had been aggressive and insolent. Linen was stained. That is a awful hotel.
