On a budget accommodation but excellent value for money. Centrally located. Couldn't ask for better. All in all, splendid stay though room size was average but didn't bother us as normally just looking for somewhere to lay our heads and not a lounging experience. Hotel is true to photos so no hidden surprises which for us was a pleasant surprise... More

Clean, friendly hotel location right in midtown about a block away from the subway. Staff was friendly, room was clean, free wifi and free coffee/water in the lobby all day. The price of this hotel was a great value. Rooms were on the smaller side, but no complaints given the great location and great value of the hotel!

This is not a luxury hotel. But, judging it in its context, I'd have to say it is very good. The rooms are tiny. I wouldn't want to stay with any amount of luggage because there is no place to put it. There is no closet, only a tiny "armoire" section of the modular furniture that lets you hang a... More

Thanks so much for the candid feedback! I'm pleased that you enjoyed your stay overall. My apologies for any guest activity that disturbed you. For your next stay we have some rooms that are slightly larger. A lot of our families will reserve a connecting room for longer stays with more people. Hope to see you again soon! Cheers! More

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn on E52nd Street. From the moment Eddie greeted us at the car we had a fantastic time. Every need was anticipated and very professionally taken care of. I can't say enough about how nice it was to stay in this oasis of a hotel right in midtown Manhattan. I highly recommend this hotel!

Had a great stay at this hotel, picked a room on a higher floor. It was very convenient for me to get around, with shops nearby. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They made me feel at home. People have commented on the elevators taking time, it was hardly an issue. Only on one day did it take about... More

In terms of location towards UN, the place was great. Just a short walk and much cheaper than many others in that neighbourhood. Excellent breakfast. Nothing special in rooms, but nothong to complain about either.

We arrived to friendly reception and a clean inviting room. The location was great and we were able to walk to most areas we wanted to go despite inclement weather. The room was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Everything we needed!

We stayed here for a one night trip into NYC to see Wicked. We got AAA rate of $110 plus tax. The room was billed as "no view" but really it had a decent view on the 16th floor. It was two queen beds. Everything in the room looked new and was clean. I am a total germaphobe and I... More

My wife and I stayed here at this hotel earlier this month and thoroughly enjoyed the stay even though as you would expect, a hotel room is rarely used when on vacation in the Big Apple. From previous reviews I can say that we never heard any noise, encountered no real issue with the elevators and found the room to... More

Most of the Hilton Garden Inns are very nice. This one is in a good location and the block was quiet- although there was some street noise. We were not happy with our room- they gave us a handicap one- the shower was awful- water went everywhere. Wasn't any counter space in the bathroom. There was also a strong cleaning... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed the location. I apologize that you were blocked in an ADA room, we work hard to meet and exceed our guests needs. Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
