the room was very clean and was cleaned on a daily basis despite the room being left messy at times by my cousin and myself because of rushing to get ready. We saw 3 guys on the reception, 2 who were always there to help and gave us information if we needed any and the other just didn't really seem... More

I have never paid this much for so little! The cleaning of the room on a daily basis was good. But generally it should be desinfected and / or done som serious re-deckorating. Our room smelled of smoke from the neighbour. I regret i didnt take a photo of the shower head - something unknown was growing on this.. Unless... More

The hotel is really clean. We had no problem while staying there. It has a great location as you can enjoy the walk to any sight or district. The shuttle service was accurate and the staff in general was very kind and helpful! I totally recommend it!!

Stayed here 9 nights the first time ever visiting New York and the US in 2011. We were so overwhelmed by NYC that it did not matter were we slept and we were travelling on a budget. (I was still a student and my boyfriend just started to work) The hotel lobby was gorgeous, location was very good, many places... More

This Hotel is part way through refurbishing the rooms - we got a newly refurbished double room with new bathroom - no complaints on that score - helpful staff at reception and Hotel is close to Subway into the City. Plenty of places to eat and deli's within walking distance. Excellent value for money.

I can 't review the hotel itself, because I never stayed there. Less than 24 hours before my check-in date, I got an email from "Gleny", informing there was no room available for me, despite the fact that I had a confirmed, prepaid in full confirmation. ''Gleny'' gave me l reason whatsoever as to why there was no accomodations for... More

This place is awful. I don't even understand how it has reviews from travelers as the manager told me they only have housing for J1 students. And btw, you can never talk to this manager - Glenny. She is never to be found. Here I had the only bad New York experience. Awful staff!!!
