A nice, quite and clean hotel with helpful employees that want to do your stay as nice as possible (sometimes, especially at the breakfast they can be a bit intense asking if you want another coffee/juice every 2-3 minutes).

We had a very nice stay at this hotel recently. It's location can't be beat if you are seeing Broadway shows. It is right around the corner from the Letterman theater. Also it is very close to Central Park and Columbus Circle. The rooms are nicely appointed with modern amenities. The Keruig coffee maker is a nice feature. One tip... More

We have recently returned to the UK following our stay. Upon arrival we were dealt with by Omar who was such a wonderful, friendly person who bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. We were greeted by a bottle of wine (for the occasion of our honeymoon) and further treats followed when we mentioned it was my husbands birthday... More

As the heating/cooling system made so much noise and when the compressor starter to work every ca 30 min, made the noise even louder (you could feel bed vibrating when sleeping) and they could not repair this (did not change our room also), we did not get any sleep with this noise. Location however is good.

It was great location to walk thru the city that never sleeps. Is close to time square, museums,Central Park and not too far from Rockefeller center. No breakfast in this location but food is everywhere.

Nice clean rooms and attentive staff. Rooms were clean and modern. Only issue was there was too tight of squeeze for desk chair to be effectively utilized so I had to sit on bed. Staff was friendly and accomadating. I would stay again without hesitation.

If you are looking for good service, quiet nights, and reasonable rates in New York City, this is definitely a place to consider. Two blocks to the Museum of Modern Art, Five to Central Park, only a few more to Lincoln Center, and numerous delis and restaurants within walking distance.

This is a modest but almost perfectly formed hotel. We have a lovely stay and found the hotel to be ideal. It is in a perfect location - south of central park and so close to Time Square etc. I would say that all the staff we met were friendly, helpful and polite - reception was always well staffed and... It's simple, yes, but don't be fooled. The restaurant may not have a Michelin star and there isn't even a fancy lobby, but this hotel just a few blocks south of Central Park was everything a perfect NYC escape should be. Our suite was furnished with modern glass, wood veneers, throughout including in a comfy sitting area, expansive patio all... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
