This hotel is marvelous. The rooms are spacious with great views and a huge lovely shower. The bed is plush and the TV has many stations including a Broadway channel so you can see what show strikes your fancy. This is a nice, clean, centrally located, and reasonably priced hotel. We had no major issues during our three night stay, and enjoyed the complimentary internet access on the third floor (three computers with three printers available), great front desk service, and spacious (by NY standards) accommodations. We stayed at this hotel during the Memorial Day weekend. This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The bed was confortable. My mother- in- law and daughter slept very comfortably on the sofa bed. We stayed here for two weeks and were given a large room with a view of the Empire State building. Our room had a very tiny open closet that had space for maybe five hangers. Not sure if the lack of space had anything to do with the room designated as "handicapped" but seriously there wasn't very much shelf space... more

Excellent suite hotel (with microwave & refrigerator). Bed was comfortable. All the room mechanicals worked fine, including Wi-Fi. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. Location was convenient to Times Square and the rest of mid-town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was very good with a wider variety than I expected.
