My company hosted a team luncheon of about 30 people in May which I was in charge of arranging. I worked with Kruthika ‘Kay’ to organize the event and she was exceptional to work with! The venue was magical, the cuisine was exquisite and the service staff was attentive and delightful. Kay really pulled off an amazing gathering for us... More

Booked a park view suite for what was to be a romantic weekend in the city. in the first place, no park view, due to unannounced scaffolding blocking the entire side of the hotel facing the park. the decor of the hotel was also dark and depressing, seemed like the lobby, halls and elevator were lit with only 15w bulbs.... GPH is my go to for booking when traveling to NY. Always leave with a superb experience. Joy Mishani, in concierge at Gramercy is phenomenal. Extremely helpful with those hard to get reservations and always a gem to work with. Thanks GPH for the outstanding service!

One of the best in New York. There are 'nice' hotels and then there are 'nice nice' hotels. This without question falls into the latter category. So much passion and care for the hotel and it shows. The art collection is worthy of a mini-museum. The rooms are glorious and seductive. The mini-bar alone leaves you with a smile on... More

Hotel is great as is general manager Daniel Entenberg. Will come again. Nice boutique feel even though hotel is not small. Breakfast was very good as well. Location is convenient to midtown, the Lex and run across to the High Line. It was rainy while there but not their fault

Hotel has a great location and access to the park is a great perk. Very quite upscale ambiance. The hotel DNS rooms are way too dark. The bathrooms are way too small. I have had a Lexington premier king and s one bedroom suite and the bathrooms were awful. The attached restaurant is great and the Rose bar is fun... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback Julian.....Certainly unfortunate to have received 3 stars hinging on bathroom size.....Respectfully we have over a dozen rooms types able to cater to your needs, so if it is a larger bathroom that you need, well we can gladly deliver that, just let us know what you require for the most... We had never been to NY so it was all amazingly confusing. The concierge service was fabulous (well done Joy!). They helped us get sorted in the right direction and lots of local tips which were invaluable. The hotel itself is very distinctive. Difficult to describe but a cross between a movie set/bohemian/Transylvania/funky/high class, just fabulously different! It is dark... More

My wife and i really enjoyed our 4 nights at GPH. Fantastic door man Chen always greeted us with a smile and was happy to let us into the exclusive Gramercy Park for a stroll. Betty at the front desk was accommodating and super friendly. Joy is a fun well connected concierge. I liked the feel of the rooms; great... More

I have stayed at the Gramercy Park hotel on a number of occasions and it is the primary hotel if I want to stay around Gramercy Park/Union Square. The rooms won't suit everyone given the dark decor but assuming you can get over that the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The internal facing rooms obviously don't have a view... More

Thank you for the great feedback! The property is indeed well appointed and suited for all types of travelers.....Wifi is indeed great, we upgraded our entire system just last year adding more hot spots on the floors. Regarding outlet jacks, we also recently added a power pack on the nightstand which can charge up to 4 devices via AC plug... More

Nice hotel in great neighborhood location in NYC. Walk to many restaurants shopping Union square. Room clean, dark and comfortable. Bed and pillows excellent. Maialino Italian restaurant on property was excellent. I would recommend and stay again.
