Every guest lucky enough to rest their head at the Gramercy Park Hotel – or anyone wishing they had the opportunity to do so – should purchase an umbrella from concierge. It’s a small price to pay for the bragging rights to all New Yorkers that you’ve stayed at arguable the city’s hippest and most luxurious boutique slice of heaven.... More

WOW Chic_traveller123 we couldn't be happier to receive such an outstanding review! "Slice of Heaven" is a magical way to describe the ever so illustrious Gramercy Park Hotel. We house over $40 million worth of artwork and are beyond lucky to have several original Warhols line the walls. If only the Warhols could talk is what we like to say!... More

The Gramercy Hotel has the Rose Bar in the Lobby and gets loud at night. The Rose Bar has a scene to it, so for people who are discreet or who would like to have their own secluded time it’s probably not the hotel for them because the Rose Bar is very happening. The hotel is definitely a gothic kind... More

Mowaz, we greatly appreciate your very thorough review. Feedback like yours surely helps other travelers know what to expect when they stay at the beautifully historic Gramercy Park Hotel. You are spot on in regards to the gothic vibe, bohemian gothic actually is what Academy Award winning designer Julian Schnabel had in mind as he finely detailed every inch of... More

This is my third stay at the Gramercy Park, and sadly, I cannot imagine staying here again. Where to begin? At check-in, I was shown to a room which had a bathroom so tiny that the sink was in the bedroom. I asked for another room, which was larger and quite beautiful, similar to the rooms I have stayed in... More

As a father of 2 little ones at home...I can connect with the importance of delivering on family services at a hotel....while some may think Gramercy may not be built for children....well=, we pull that inner Gramercy heart out of every child and create memorable moments not only for the parents, but for the little ones as well. Certainly our... More

We had an amazing stay here at the Gramercy Park Hotel. The staff were truly amazing - professional, helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a fantastic room and the top service was really consistent from the doormen through to the bar and restaurant staff. Thanks!

Stayed here as part of Amex's Fine Hotel & Resorts programme and got all the detailed benefits although there was a slight problem with the breakfast (see below). The lobby is chic with a faux Victorian decor and working fireplace and we loved the bar complete with artworks by Warhol and Damien Hurst and pool table. It gets very busy... More

We stayed at the Gramercy Park Hotel to celebrate my birthday. It is a wonderfully located establishment which is both stylish and comfortable. You should definitely check this hotel out when in NYC, great bikes and an easy ride to city attractions. We loved the Barolo Bar downstairs serviced by attentive and informed staff. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Emma T, first off, Happy Belated Birthday! I couldn't think of a better place to spend your Birthday than in NYC at Gramercy riding around our ever so stylish golden Lorenzo Martone bicycles. They certainly are a special treat, I'm sure you got plenty of attention as you rode through the streets of Manhattan as they've been all the rage.... More

I love everything about this hotel. The location, the atmosphere, the public, the bars. If you cannot afford to stay here..hang out at the bar. Jazz on certain evening and the pleasure of admiring what an architect was capable of doing of an old building

this was my second time at gramercy park hotel, this is certainly one of my favorite places at new York. they have this very new and fresh way of understanding luxury. it is lay back but in the same way, very sophisticated. and the smell is addictive.

We stayed at the Gramercy Park Hotel for one night as a quick getaway to the city. It is on a quiet park, tucked away from the bustle of NYC. The lobby is funky and cool - and the rooms are made to feel "homey" not like a stale hotel room. The bed and linens were very comfy - but... More
