We stayed one night at The Rivington and give the room high marks for style and comfort. However, the hotel is a mixed experience. The lobby and common areas are worn and shabby and not up to our expectations considering the top dollar price we paid for our stay. We enjoyed the room, but will not return again. more

The staff actually lies to you. If you request something they say yes and then do nothing about it. All the staff if uptight and obnoxious. The hotel is dirty and there were creatures walking around in the night. more
