I booked here because Priceline said it was a 5 star and a few streets from central park. Ok to start my horrible stay. Checked in called for the concierge and they wouldn't answer the phone the operator said they must be busy. So I asked to speak to hotel manager. I got the voicemail as you'll learn its to... More

What a wonderful stay we had at WestHouse in January. It was our first time to NYC and our first stay at the WestHouse. Neither disappointed. We loved NYC and loved even more our stay at WestHouse. I did a lot of research before arriving as we had a large family coming from different destinations to meet up and we... More

I stayed at the Westhouse this past weekend. It was the first time I have stayed at a 5 star hotel in Manhattan, and I fear I will not be able to go anywhere else after my stay here. The staff was exceptionally helpful, showing amazing customer service. Their breakfast bar was SO yummy - the bagels and lox were... More

WestHouse Hotel was beautifully decorated and in a great location. Love the concept of feeling like it was my residence. I felt like the whole hotel was club level. The Terrace has a great view is very spacious, cozy and nice. The breakfast presentation was delicious and loved the espresso and cappuccino machine. Loved coming home from shopping and having... Can't say enough about the service at this hotel. I got the feeling there was nothing you could ask for that they wouldn't do for you. My daughter and I were booked in a Queen Deluxe and were given an upgrade to a huge double for a very reasonable price. We were happy with every aspect of our stay, especially... More

I have stayed at the WestHouse a few times, and have decided to make it my home away from home in New York. Its simply nothing less than perfect. From the moment I cross their threshold, the warm, inviting, highly sophisticated, experience begins. Additionally, my expectations are continually exceeded. The queen deluxe is my favorite (although the suite is nice too).... More

We just spent three nights at Westhouse, along with two friends, to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was for everyone in our party. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are lovely and well appointed, and the staff is truly exceptional. Each person we encountered went out of their way to accommodate our... More

Where do I begin, from the moment U pull up to the Hotel, Greatness begins! I can write full diatribe but honestly all I need to say, is BOOOOOOK THERE FAST!!! It's beyond worth it... And be sure to indulge in the remarkable Terrace. The staff were excellent. The front desk is a bucket of knowledge and helpful; EXTREMELY helpful... More

The hotel is walking distance to Times Square and Central Park. There is a $35 charge per day per person for breakfast, snacks, wifi, so the wifi really isn't free. The rooms are nicely decorated, and the beds are outrageous, best hotel sleep I've ever had! The "Terrace" is the best! Breakfast and snacks served daily, in an atmosphere that... More

This was my first trip to NYC, and I was a little apprehensive about where to stay; after arriving at the Hotel and being greeted by the staff, all apprehension left. First off all, the Hotel is just a few blocks from Times Square, Broadway, Central Park, FAO Schwartz... it is literally right in the middle of the majority of... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
