I needed to change my reservation date at short notice which normally would have incurred a significant penalty however the staff when I explained the reason were wonderful. I cannot say thank you enough.Thank you, thank you, thank you. :) Gabriella Hirata- Sydney Australia

I can't say enough about this hotel. It is centrally located, well appointed with a modern motif, and good value for the price. However, what makes this hotel stand out for me is the front desk/concierge service. The gentleman takes care of every request promptly, efficiently and with a smile. His presence alone makes this hotel worth the price. No... More

The Hotel Boutique is really a Club Quarters with a Different Entrance. Even by New York Standards, the room was tiny. It also had no windows or faux windows. The layout was quit ingenious with everything you might want crammed in. For example, the table top slid our so that you could get the seat behind it. Plenty of outlets... More

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful suite with a kitchen. My fiance is a chef who travels on business frequenty, so cooking in the suite was excellent. The common roof has a great panaromic view of midtown. Great coffee. John Finan and Rachal Azani are definately going to stay there again. I could live there!!!!... More

Imagine my surprise when I checked in and upon entering the elevator found the CQ logo on the elevator floor. Imagine my bigger surprise when I went out for dinner form the ground floor and walked out of the hotel at the Club Quarters entrance. Bait and switch? However, despite the surprise, the hotel was decent. Unfortunately, the rooms were... More

I arrived at the hotel very late after my flight was delayed. The staff were very friendly and there was no issue with them giving my room away as I was checking in after 11pm (which i've had at other hotels when flights have been delayed). The room was clean, functional and there was free wifi everywhere so I could... More

This property exceeded my expectations. Excellent location, unassuming reception, fantastic rooms and lounge on the 27th Floor. Drinking water with bottles to fill available in the hallway. Very friendly and engaging employees at all levels. I loved this place.

A friend and I stayed at Hotel Boutique for the United Airlines NYC Half Marathon weekend. The hotel is both Hotel Boutique and Club Quarters, so it has two different entrances with these names. We got a room on the highest floor (26th). The 27th floor has a living room/ outdoor terrace/ business center. The room itself was great. Nice... More

I got one of the smaller rooms - 417 - with a double bed, but the bed was super comfortable and the room was spotless and thoughtfully appointed. I particularly appreciated all the hooks in the room, all the mirrors in the bathroom, the terrific shower, the chilled water dispenser... My only quibbles were minor - I thought the bedspread... I was in town filming and I was exhausted every night, but I worked with Nikki and i was very impressed. The young lady that works the 11 pm shift was awesome, when i checked in at reception a blond girl (sorry I didn't get her name) was very accommodating also. The Whole crew of this hotel including the restaurant... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
