The location of this hotel so I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was far more affordable than other local chains in the area. The staff is incredible, accommodations are perfect and overall, it is a GREAT value!

We found this to be comfortable with excellent staff, the first night was a room on the twelfth floor, with some street noise, the staff had a quieter room on the opposite side of the building with a partial view of the Empire State bldg available for the rest of our stay and moved us there on the fourteenth floor... We have never stayed at Premier Hotel and you can really tell a difference. This hotel was close to the subway and many places to see and eat. Everyone was so kind here and so helpful. They helped us with all of the modes of transportation and what would be best for the location we were going. The beds are... More

I just stayed at this hotel for 1 nights in July 2014 while on business. I was very pleased with this hotel. The location was great, just a few blocks from a subway station and within walking distance of the Empire State Building and Times Square. The rooms were small but we expected that because most rooms of this price... More

Needed to overnight in NYC for medical appointments. Pleasantly surprised by high quality of this hotel; would not have considered others in NYC in this chain. Rooms small but well appointed and functional; best of all they are very well insulated against city noise. Staff extremely friendly (didn't expect this in NYC)! Be aware that there is currently a construction... More

We just stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in July 2014. We were very pleased with this hotel. The location was great, just a few blocks from a subway station and within walking distance of Macy's, the Empire State Building and Times Square. We had a fab 10 night break here. Great staff, comfortable rooms and space outside to sit and people watch. A very handy location for getting around the city. We had a problem with ac which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Good variety of items for breakfast. It changed daily which is a bonus if you stay more than... More

Good location, close to Subway stops and walking distance to 30 Rock and Times Square. However, rooms were postage stamp size - so small there was no place to put our suitcases when we put our clothes in the only 3 drawers available. Recommend trying another one of the 5 hotels which are within a block of this one. Breakfast... More

My son and I recently to went to NYC and stayed at the Best Western Premier at Herald Square. The hotel is right around the corner from the 36th Street Subway--location to the subway is very important!!! The hotel is lean and tall with a small patio on 36th street though the trash piles up right in front of it... More
