We have just returned from an amazing 7 night visit to New York. The hotel is in an ideal location - 5 minute walk to Macys, Empire State Building and about 10-15 minutes from Broadway(we went to a show 'Kinky Boots' that was excellent) and Times Square. Staff were very friendly and very helpful and were great at giving us... More

I attended a business event at the hotel and stayed the night. It was a great event, a comfortable room, friendly staff and an easy location to get to from Penn Station. I would recommend this hotel in NYC.

I'm originally a Brooklyn "goyl," but have lived in southern California for 47 years. From time to time I return home to NYC and this year decided to go back and see old friends in the city and neighboring New Jersey and out on Long Island. For the first 4 nights I stayed here in order to enjoy Manhattan and... More

My husband and I stayed two nights for my son's wedding, which was at a venue only three doors away from the hotel. However, the location was perfect otherwise as well. We traveled into Port Authority by bus, and found it a pleasant and easy walk from there, as well as to the rehearsal dinner on 33rd St. Several others... More

Stayed for 4 nights. Customer service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and answered every question to help make our stay enjoyable. They helped the most explaining the transit system to get around the city. My room was comfortable and nicely sized considering how small some NYC rooms can be. The free breakfast was a great way to fuel... More

My elderly mother and I stayed 4 nights and were very pleased with the comfort, convenience and courtesy at this Best Western. The (2 doubles) bedrooms are teensy, but once we unpacked and stowed our bags, they proved satisfactory. (Would be nice to have room for a 2nd chair, tho!) The beds were great, the room was surprisingly quiet, and... More

The staff at the property is professional, friendly and helpful with requests. Without a doubt the staff made this stay one of the very best. The location of the hotel made it possible to easily access a vast area of the city. Also any special requests were satisified without exception. When having breakfast in the morning a friendly and welcome... More

My first time in New York so I was not sure what to expect. What can I say? Front desk personnel are above and beyond. Kudos to Andre and Bebe for making it such a welcoming stay. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. The hotel is close to everything, Times Square, Rockefeller Centre, Central Park, Theatres and... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
