Booked a room for 4 with double beds on an overnight stay after a show at the nearby Hammerstein Ballroom. Clean and comfortable, room appeared newly refurbished. Great shower and modern bath. Parking next door. Highly recommended

Multiple issues with handicap room including flooding bathroom and lips on floor into the room and bathroom!!! Room and doorways too narrow to maneuver wheelchair. When I told the desk about the flooding I was told they knew. (So why not fix it?) An accident waiting to happen Also I had a free night voucher and they charged me $597.00... More

Immaculate, boutique, Best Western well-located in Herald Square (36th St between 5th and 6th), walk-able to Penn Station, J.P. Morgan Library and Museum, and a wonderful Italian restaurant Ai Fiori at 400 Fifth Avenue on the second floor of the Langham Palace Hotel. The TV remote is disinfected after every guest. This may be easy to accomplish as it's a... More

I came to NYC with my daughter for our first extended visit, chose this hotel based on other traveler's reviews and found them to be very accurate. It is a wonderful location and made for convenient walking, shopping and sightseeing. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with any questions. It simplified planning to have breakfast at the hotel. I... More

This hotel was perfect for a trip with a few of my friends. We got two rooms right beside each other, which we were very happy with. It's a great location for walking to various restaurants, bars, tourist attractions, shopping, and the subway. The morning staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and very nice. Special thanks to Andre... More

Stayed here with husband for 4 nights over Thanksgiving weekend. Staff were all very professional and friendly. Rooms are small but perfectly adequate. Location is excellent. Free breakfast was very good. Can't recommend highly enough.

I stayed at this hotel with two friends while visiting New York. It was perfect! It was clean and the staff was friendly! They have a small but cozy bar and continental breakfast. The location was within walking distance from Times Square and Rockefeller Center. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

This hotel is centrally located, (just off the main road, so quieter) walking distance from metro trains, shopping & tourist attractions eg Empire State Building, Bryant Park. The rooms may be small, however they are well maintained & very clean & the bed is super comfortable. The staff are very friendly & "Lou " in the front office is a great... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
