Stayed here with a friend on a girls' weekend to NYC for 3 nights. Room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Large bathroom with plenty of hot water and towels. Continental breakfast had good selection with some warm options. Excellent customer service at the front desk. Great location, felt safe walking around at night, and 1-2 minute walk to... More

Nice hotel with good staff. Clean rooms and good location. The only drawback was that the room was not prepared for three persons, so the first night all three of us slept in one double bed. But next day they came with an extra bed. Nice breakfast, maybe too little variety?

I had a very nice stay at this property and would stay again. I booked one night at this hotel preceding a pre-booked stay in mid-town. My choice was based on Hilton HHonors membership, price, and TripAdvisor reviews to compare with similar properties, this hotel seemed to have better ratings and comments and I think it was a good choice.... I chose this hotel because it was close to where I needed to work. They do not have a parking garage that is connected to the hotel and is about 3-4 blocks away. Check-in was very easy and I found my room the be very clean and more spacious than I had expected given a lot of the hotels in... More

Very Comfortable experience! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! The price was definitely right! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean the bathroom looked awesome! The bed was super comfortable! They can work on a better breakfast selection (the eggs, the bacon) but the selection of food was just as delicious!

We felt welcomed each time we entered the hotel. The staff was always courteous and helpful both on the phone and in person. The room had plenty of space for the two of us. The room was clean. The location of the hotel felt safe.

We were quite pleased with the bargain rate and accommodations. It was clean, easy check-in, they remembered my name & the breakfast was quite good as complimentary breakfasts go. It as not luxurious in size or views, but we got a great value for the price. The staff were courteous and helpful. They accommodated my special location requests. We would... More

Nice quiet clean hotel with a nice breakfast every morning and coffee always available. Hotel was close the office I was visiting in the financial district of New York City Manhattan. The stay at the hotel made my first trip to New York City an enjoyable experience. Would not hesitate to come back to this Hampton Inn again.

I recently stayed twice in this boutique hotel of lower Manhattan and I enjoyed immensely. The room was large and equipped with modern fixtures and furniture. The subway R and line N° 1 are only 2 minutes walk from the hotel. There is a 24/7 complimentary coffee/tea station at the reception. The only downside is maybe the breakfast which is complimentary... The hotel is ok, nothing to complain: clean, confortable, and the rooms were always quite big. Breakfast is not their strenght point. The position is ok, depending from your scope in NYC. For a visit of the SOL is perfect (5 min walking to the ferry) as well as to anywhere in manhattan (several metro lines were at walking distance).... More
