My mom and I stayed here for 4 nights. How we were able to stay that long is beyond me. I mean now I know what it means to pay $500 for 4 nights in NYC, bed bugs. It was probably the worst experience at a hotel I've had. The only saving grace was one employee who was extremely nice... More

I spent 3 months travelling in the USA and covered 26 stated with a mixture of camping, hotels and hostels, and I decided to spend some time in NYC at the end of the trip. Considering I was travelling alone I couldn't afford anything fancy so I booked into this hostel. I booked a double room as I've been to... More

The place and the room was not clean. Nothing looked not nice. Service sucks. The rooms were separated by board panel, you could even hear someone whispering from the other room. So hard to get good night sleep after a tiring day . I did not feel safe. Stay away from this place if you can

I stayed there for 1 night in April 2014 during my visit to New York. This hotel is located in China Town which is in Lower Manhattan area. The double room was small but enough to accommodate 2 people. There is no breakfast offered here. You would get a coupon for complimentary drink at Elevate. It's among the cheapest hotel... More

Don't go here. You can find a better hotel for the same price. Room is so cramped and small, but worst is the management. hTey could care less about you. I forgot stuff in the restroom and accidentally locked it. When I asked the manager he asked to wait for the maid. I told him to call the maid and... More

By far the cheapest hotel I felt safe going to in Manhattan after reading reviews here. My single room was miniature; there wasn't enough room to open my suitcase on the floor, or put it under the bed, without opening the door into the outside corridor. The room seemed clean enough, with a fan but no air conditioning. The ceiling... More

Very well located in Chinatown, one block from Bowery Station to which you can get direct access from JFK. the hortel was cheap so if that is what you are looking for go for it. I wouldn't give it a 1 star: BAD: the double room my wife and I stayed in was not big enough to open our suitcases... More

I have never taken the time to write a review after staying in a hotel/hostel but I am doing so now so that I can prevent a similar situation from occurring to other travellers. Please do not run the risk of staying here! Book elsewhere. I am a sole traveller and have traveled extensively on a budget. I am by... More
