When I booked this hotel for one night I thought was a good option for NY. Worst hotel if you can call it like that I stayed anywhere in the world. Tiny rooms with no space at all especially for one person. You can hear other guests talking or snoring so you have no privacy. Bathrooms are shared with other... More

Stayed on the 3rd to the 4th, was my bf's birthday, the place smell as we walked in, shady persons walked by staring at me, and gave me a weird look. Check in was no problem, although the front desk can be a bit more cheerful, afterall we are paying customers. The room was not big, just barely enough for... More

If you only need one or two nights and are on a tight budget, you could do worse. The rooms are tiny, yes, but the wi-fi connection was excellent. The location was perfect, right by Chinatown and Little Italy. The room was very clean (no bugs) but it could be noisy at night, depending on the other guests. I was... More

This is not a hotel this is a prison cell. This was a shock to my system. Opening the door and hitting the other door opposite to mine. I opened the door and just stood there for at least 15min trying to work it out. I couldn't fit my luggage in the room, no TV no mirror the walls are... More

I just checked in, saw the room - and then immediately checked out. This place is horrible. A ridiculously small room (#107) that could barely fit a double bed; it had cracked walls, blinking light, terrible soundproofing (through the vent I could hear my neighbour spitting in the bathroom).

My mom and I stayed here for 4 nights. How we were able to stay that long is beyond me. I mean now I know what it means to pay $500 for 4 nights in NYC, bed bugs. It was probably the worst experience at a hotel I've had. The only saving grace was one employee who was extremely nice... More
