I found the hotel to be very clean and the staff extremely helpful and professional. The room was a bit austere, but definitely up to my standards in terms of cleanliness. The room is not laid out very thoughtfully. There is no lamp on the bedside table. The toilet is extremely close to the sink. Be sure to keep the... More

I got my parents a room here for 2 nights while attending the US Open. They thought the staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable. Chinese food galore in the neighbordhood, cheap and great quality. Easy access to the subway and 1 stop to the tennis complex and there is an express train to Time Square. They were... More

It is as described. Photos really exaggerate tiny rooms. Our room did not even have hooks on bathroom door to hang anything. No place to store luggage except for 2nd bed. Ultra plain breakfast. But it is safe and clean and very convenient to US Open, Mets etc. Some great Chinese food within short walk. Flight path is right there... More

The location is in the asiatic Flushing area - so don´t expect a typical American Location you will feel in the middle of Asia (restaurants , people. This was... More

the hotel is three blocks from flushing subway station & therefore very accessible to go to other places like manhattan or new jersey. there are also a lot of nearby asian restaurants so dining out is not a problem. what impresses me the most is the CLEANLINESS & the good clean smell of the hallways in going to the rooms... I consider myself a carefully budgeted traveler. When looking for hotels my first priorities are location and clean, within my budget. When I searched for lodging for my Xmas trip to NYC I was very glad to find this hotel. First of all, this hotel is brand new!! When I checked in, they told me the hotel had been in... More
