This hotel was a little gem in a busy area. It is a bit of a walk from the subway, but it only took about 15 minutes. Check in was simple as I checked in electronically. I was located in a corner room on the 7th floor which I requested. There is only one elevator so be prepared to wait... More

The hotel was doable for my 2 night business trip and I would stay here again, mainly because it is close to my advertising agency however I dont know that I would select this hotel for a family vacation. The hotel is situated close to several main highway roads and has very easy access to the airport. The rooms are... More

I just want to take a moment today to let you know how much I appreciate the above and beyond efforts this past weekend of one of your employees, Carlos Ventura. I travelled up to NY this past weekend to participate in the Tunnel to Tower Stair climb at the Freedom Tower. I slept in a little later than I... More

do not let them place you on "C" floor - it's the basement and you'll be awoken very early by the staff who use the other rooms as stroage for cleaning supplies. the doors are superthin so this doesn't work out well. the rooms are tiny (duh, it's manhattan) but being under street level means you only have a fake... Stayed here this past weekend and the hotel was a great find. Comfortable rooms even for being on the small side but it's NYC so not expecting too much square footage. Hotel is very clean and comfortable while the staff was extremely friendly. Really liked the Seaport area as it's very close to the water, good restaurants that you are... More

Great location.....walkable to many restaurants, World Trade, Seaport, and Fulton Street subway. Helpful staff- good breakfast. Small room, but clean and comfortable. Construction going on during day when we were not in room. Hampton Inn high standards are met here.

The staff at this hotel were great, very helpful! However, the room was very tiny and dark, and the towels were small and worn out with holes. Not the Hilton quality that we were expecting. We will be looking elsewhere next time we are in that area.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to subway transit and cove niece for my daughter while visiting her. It was very clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and knew their area well. They were able to recommend nearby restaurants and give directions. That may seem trivial but it is not found in other NY hotels in which... More
