The location of the hotel is perfect for cruising around the Manhattan. You can get easily to subway, restaurants, and shopping. I would like to mention one Front Desk Agent named Darius (I hope I spelled it right), because I felt as if his service was exceptional. When he was checking us in, he was very professional and pleasant.

We stayed here for 4 nights and really appreciated the central location. Close to the subway and only 10min walk to Chelsea Market, 20min walk to Soho downtown and Times Square uptown. The rooms are pretty small but that's NYC so to be expected, and there is no street noise, but a limited amount of noise of neighbour room doors... More

A little oasis in Chelsea; walking distance to Times Square/Broadway/42nd St. Eataly and Whole Foods just around the corner and betwixt two subway lines running Uptown and Downtown. Breakfast served was standard Hampton fare; service exceptional at front desk!

Great location, great service, great accommodations, no complications and a relaxed atmosphere. Have stayed there several times a year for several years. I recommended this Hotel to friends and family and fellow Musicians. Whenever I will be back in town, sometimes this year, I will stay at the Hampton Inn again. If available! Lennie Cuje

Hampton Inns have a very good quality standard across properties and this one is no exception. Clean rooms, helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. Great proximity to the Altman building which houses many tradeshows. If you're looking for a fun spot to go in the evening, check out the nearby Trailer Park Bar.

Wonderful location! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Our room was on a higher floor and it was extremely quiet especially for NYC. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices.

I was in Manhattan for a weekend, and found the front-desk staff to be very thorough with their check-in. The bed was perfect. I wanted to take it home with me. It's an understatement to say I had the best sleep I had in a long time here. Breakfast was also nice.

Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, quiet & well-maintained property. Queen bed room wasn't spacious, but then again, this is Manhattan. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient for getting around by foot, bicycle, subway or Uber. Reasonably close proximity to the theater district. Although breakfast was included in the price, it was pretty mediocre at best. 18th-floor room had... More

I stayed here by myself and felt very safe and secure. The staff was very attentive and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. This would be my "go to" hotel in the NYU/Chelsea area for sure!
