I went to this hotel in this last summer for 4 days. I expected a bigger room but it was OK. I stayed with 5 people in the same room, but I think it was enough for us. It is a pretty good hotel considering that is in New York, it is near to the subway station and there are... More

The hotel located in Chinatown a good distant from the metro station and everything you can need in the city. We stayed there and walk to the 9/11 memorial took the ferry to see the status of liberty and Brookline bridge, so we didn't spend money on the metro. It's also closed the village so if you want to explore... More

Close to NY transit subways. Stayed there for 4 nights, was up late at night and didn't see any bugs at all. All the staff I saw were very friendly. Got an amazing deal from a popular travel website. My room was one of the few facing Broome St. It was extremely loud on Fri and Sat night until 4am... More

First the good things : top located near Nolita and Soho. Many good restaurants around the corner. Good beds. Clean and spacious bathroom. We had a room with view on the 5th floor on the corner with windows on 2 sides. But the rooms need updating. All curtains are torn. Lots of stains in the carpet. Old furniture. The painting... More

The best thing about this hotel is the location. On the border of Chinatown and 2 min walk from the subway, it is perfect for one to get to any aprt of New York in Minutes. If you like chinese or Italian food then lots and lots of restaurants within 10 minutes walk. The room was ok. no fridge or... More

I was a little worried when I booked the hotel because of some of the comments that others had made, but because my son needed to be close to his school, I booked the hotel for one night, just in case. When we got to the room, it was a bit smaller than I would have liked, so I came... More

I left some shirts and pants behind, I called a few hours later after I had left and the immediate answer was "no have" without even checking. The value was little but the annoyance was over the top. When you walk into this hotel and greet the reception with "hello" the return greeting is zero. I called the reception on... More

Great location within walking distance to Soho and Noho. Subway is super close. Upon entry into hotel there were some kind of little bugs or flies flying around (I stayed in late December). The knob on the heater was broken-luckily it worked anyway. There were black, yellow and brown stains on all the four pillow cases. Staff is very friendly... More

Positioned right in the heart of Chinatown. This hotel is just minute walk away from the nearest Subway station and trendy Restaurants (McDonald, Subway, Starbucks etc). Warmhearted staff and fresh quaint rooms. Local television reception was unfavorable if you're a TV person - I'm not - but you have great free strong Wi-Fi. Recommend for "budget" guests, "few-days" guests, "overnight"... More

I was so worried that the hotel was going to be awful and thankfully it wasn't! Room was a good size, 2 beds a double a single. We even had a view of the Empire State. Staff were nice and store luggage free of charge. Chinatown is a very interesting part of New York and cheap! Hotel is right next... More
