Rooms a little worn. Very close to One World Trade Center and the 9/11 Memorial. We didn't eat at the restaurant or have a drink in the lobby bar. We used valet parking which was easy. We'd recommend high-floor rooms on the west side. The southwest corners might be best, but we didn't see those so are only guessing. The... More

Customer service was excellent, but hotel needs updating. Restrooms on first floor smelled like strong urine. Carpet in guest room was stained in places, old light fixtures in bathrooms and paint peeling on back of door. Located at a very busy intersection.

Took a weekend trip to NY to visit the newly opened WTC 1 tower, and chose this hotel b/c of its location and my BF had stayed here in the past. Standards have clearly fallen since. 1st had to be moved due to noisy kids in the adjoining room they put us in. 2nd room toilet didn't work. Wish we... More

We just stayed at the Millennium Hilton for 4th of July. We wanted a location away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square. The location was ideal for us as we intended to spend most of our time in Trifecta, SoHo, and the Village. I only gave this an average rating because the rooms were dated and could use... More

Location, cleanliness, and LOCATION!!! I just love this hotel. The staff is outstanding - no matter it is you are asking. More than helpful. My only negative, was this time there was trouble with the cooling unit in our room, and we could not get the room cool. We called about 5 times, were assured it would be fixed, had... More

This was a very nice hotel; would be happy to stay again - as long as you don't want to watch TV or use the internet. Considering this hotel is smack in the middle of Lower Manhattan, the WiFi and TV reception is the quality you would expect if you were staying at a cut-price trailer park in an Alaskan... More

Old hotels are always great when it comes to size. We came here after having a bad experience with a different hotel. The room was large compared to most hotels nowadays and the bathrooms are full sized bathrooms made of marble so you'll be very comfortable. The only things I didn't like about the room was that it doesn't come... More

I housed my wedding guests here a few years after the attack on the world trade center. It was a bit of a mess across the street when they were rebuilding but the hotel itself was fantastic and offered amazing views of ground zero and wall street. I have been back many times since then. The customer service, restaurant, room... More

I had a great stay here for one night. In fact, it's probably one of my favorite properties in Manhattan. I think I paid around $130 for a night (before taxes) by bidding on Priceline.com. The neighborhood wouldn't be my favorite, but the subway accessibility to this property is amazing, the rooms are large by Manhattan standards and everything was... More

We stumbled into town late and arrived in the rain around 11 pm. Had to wait a bit at the front desk as they had two large parties with issues. Our wait was rewarded, however, when they upgraded us to a corner suite on the 23rd floor. Thru AARP we were given late checkout so we had until 2:30 pm... More
