Staying here right now. As a Diamond Hhonors member, offered no upgrade or even an apology for no upgrade available. Tried to contact manager, not once , but twice after being kept waiting for 10 minutes. Manager did not respond but apparently told his guest relations manager that hotel was sold out-even though Hhonors app said it was not. Room... More

Great location for our purposes. Clean, modern decor. No bedbugs so far which is a plus in New York City. Subway stations are conveniently located near the hotel and it felt very safe to walk around the area. Wifi is ridiculously expensive. Why can the lower priced/budget type hotels provide free wifi and the higher end hotels rob guests with... More

The hotel staff was very friendly, although the check-in process took longer than I would have liked. The views from the room are great, but the room itself is need of a good cleaning and remake. It seems very dated and just overall very dusty. Room service was quick, but expensive. The location was great for my meetings, so I... More

Hilton millenium NY - one of the best hotels that I've been in! It is located in a perfect spot just in front of the trade center and next to the fabulous store Century 21. The view from the rooms is if the whole financial district. It is surrounded by subway stations that can bring you to any place you... More

I had a short stay of only one night but it was a good one! The room, 4311, had fantastic views of downtown especially of the World Trade Center. The room has two aspect views. A very comfortable Hilton Bed, very nice bathroom bath/shower. The small sitting area has a sofa, TV and very adequate working deals with plenty of... More

This is a great hotel in the middle of the financial district of NYC. Great views of the World Trade Center memorial. The rooms were Hilton Standard- Clean, spacious, everything worked. The staff were very very helpful in answering dumb questions, storing our luggage for later, recommending a restaurant, getting directions, or finding a cab! The pool was AWESOME, Good... More

The hotel staff made the experience exceptional. The location is perfect for sightseeing or in my case meetings within the financial district. Close to subway stations (multiple) and cabs are easily found. Rained one of the days I was there. Front desk gave me a loaner umbrella (Nice touch). Recommend highly.

This is a very busy hotel in a very busy section of NYC. Located right across the street from the World Trade Center, it boasts one of the only hotel views that look directly into the magnificent site. The rooms facing the Trade Center are well worth the few extra dollars. I am a seasoned NYC traveler & did not... More

We love this Hilton! As you can tell from all my reviews I stay in many Hilton locations for business regularly. The staff is friendly, the location was great literally right across from the world trade memorial. We had a corner suite and it looked right over the memorial. We thought it might feel eerie or sad, but it was... More

The Hilton Millennium is in a great location with spectacular views of lower Manhattan and the WTC, and easy access to public transportation. For the price of the hotel, I would like to see better aesthetics in the building. Some furniture and the carpets were in less than ideal shape. Great fitness center and indoor pool. Breakfast is not avail... More
