Check in was quick but the staff could have been more welcoming but were very helpful throughout our stay. Paying $13 per night for wifi is ridiculous, I asked for an ether net cable but was told about the free wifi in the lobby and given the log in info instead. I left a note for housekeeping asking for extra... More

Had a very nice stay at the Millenium Hilton for a business trip. The hotel is very conveniently located downtown - access to lots of trains and in a safe but busy area. The staff was very nice - greeted warmly, quick check in, and helpful with directions. The room was efficient, but very comfortable. I thought the weekday rate... More

The hotel is in the perfect place if you are meeting up with friends downtown or are in the city to see the 911 Memorial Museum. The hotel staff could not be any nicer. My wife and I arrived extremely early for check in and not only were they gracious about it , they offered us a fantastic upgrade for... More

Hotel is in great location, but watch out for being over charged for the breakfast, the staff that's give you your seat for breakfast are not polite. The continental breakfast is terrible, just sweets and very expensive. Wifi don't work! NOT 4 star hotel, need renovatoion and change some off the staff!

I really like this hotel. I stayed for two weeks using it as a hub for different business meetings and trips. Clean and well maintained and, important in NY, quiet rooms. Next door to 21 Century (discounted brand shopping), the 911 museum and the Freedom Tower. This is where I always stay when in NY. I will come back.

The service was excellent during my long stay. If you want to stay close to the 9/11 memorial this is the best place. I was also able to amenities that many hotels don't offer to guest who stay over 30 days.

We arrived early and our room was ready so we were happy to check in immediately! Valet parking was simple and quick as well, though pricey at $55 for the night, but then again, it's NYC. We had three in our party so we booked a room with two double beds. The room was on the 14th floor and quite... More

In summary an average Hilton hotel. Well located for the WTC and the metro but that is about it. The room was OK but the bathroom felt tired and in need of basic maintenance. Although I was on the 22nd floor there was still a lot of noise. The check in staff were friendly. However the concierge was patronizing and... More

Excellent hotel. Corner room on the 40 floor made for a brilliant view. Ideal amenities and super location. Steps away from the incredible 9/11 museum. I highly recommend the hotel for its rooms amenities pleasant staff and the location there is a Starbucks only steps away or use the restaurant in the hotel
