First of all the staff is very accomodating. If there is a problem with anything it is handled ASAP. They also gave me an early check in because they had something available. Very Nice!!! The pool was really a nice touch, especially in cold winter. It is large enough for laps and play. The bathroom and shower there are fantastic.... More

OMG! I was upgraded to a corner suite on the 50th floor with a stunning view of the East and Hudson rivers and the new World Trade Center. My only complaint is that the complimentary Wifi for Hilton Gold members was very unreliable. I was in for only 1 night, so couldn't justify paying $18 for premium service. Lots of... More

I was lucky enough to have a room on the top floor of this hotel and the view of the Brooklyn Bridge and the river was nothing short of amazing. This hotel is directly across from the construction site of the trade center memorial and contrary to other reports, we never heard any noise from the site or the street.... More

Stayed at the Millenium Hilton for 9 nights. I was very pleased with the stay. The view was awesome, even from the 34 floor. We had an extra bed in the room, and even then the room size was fine, without it I would say the size was quite big. The location is splendid, with subway station just outside the... More

I love the views of this hotel. It in itself, was worth the discounted rate I paid. The staff, easy to deal with. I was a little annoyed by security hassling me for my identification (they do this to all trying to access at certain times) but that just comes with being a music artist who moves around and was... Stayed here Easter Weekend. Very nice hotel. Great location for those visiting the Freedom Tower and downtown. Friendly staff except for the lobby bartender. Very grumpy. I handed him my Hilton Honors credit card and he was still not friendly at all. All other staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby is beautiful and the room was very nice and... More

Easy access to this hotel across the street from the World Trade Center, the room was very nice, we had a jr suite, so we did have a sitting room and bedroom with corner windows that you could see the water and an amazing view of World Trade Center plaza. Even with construction across the street, it was very quiet.

The hotel's motto is 'affordable luxury'. There is nothing luxurious about this hotel. The room was a decent size and the bed large and comfortable, but otherwise it was very bland and the furniture very ugly. Whilst the reception area is OK, the rooms have the feel of a lower end hotel chain providing basic accommodation, not a Hilton. It... More

Had a corner King room with pull out sofa for the kids. Great view of Freedom tower and memorial pool. Hotel staff and service was good overall and gave helpful information about using the subway. Restaurant food quality for breakfast was good. Took advantage of offer that included free breakfast each day as AARP members and it was a great... More

Overall the hotel was very nice and in a great location for us. Not too much shopping in the area other than Century 21. Would stay at this hotel again. Clean. Only stayed 1 night so did not have time to check out any of the amenities.
