As a Hilton Diamond member, I have stayed at many properties in many places, but I have never witnessed a hotel managed as badly as this one. From the reservation process (Front Desk) to bell and concierge desk to breakfast buffet staff (Melissa the African American hostess was rude, obnoxious and racist on a daily basis), this hotel has a... Stayed here for 4 days last week and we're not disappointed. It's in a great location to see the new Freedom Tower, 9/11 museum and the memorials. The hotel staff were welcoming and very efficient. Our room ( a City View double suite) was well appointed and directly faced the Freedom Tower. It comfortably accommodated 3 adults with a King... More

The hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed in. The costumer service was great and all the employees were very friendly. The location is perfect and is near important landmarks to see. Our room was a room with a view that was spectacular and we never wanted to leave. The pool was also great for those long... More

Stayed here in July 2014 for a business trip. Excellent location for Wall Street and directly opposite Ground Zero and the Freedom Tower. The hotel rooms are functional and clean although the bathrooms are dated and look tired. Breakfasts were expensive and didn't offer too much variety. Subway is right outside the hotel so easily connected to most of the... More

This hotel has a great downtown location, but the rooms are small, dated, and not very quiet. The price for NYC is about average, but the hotel is three stars at best. Staff are friendly and helpful, so no issues there, but we'll look elsewhere next time we stay downtown.

This hotel is conveniently located near several subway lines (e.g., A line express from the Air Train and up 8th Ave.). It's within walking distance of Chinatown and all the good eats that provides. The room is a good size and the bathroom has a good amount of counter space. The wireless has a good speed. The shower is only... More

If you want to stay Downtown in Manhattan this hotel is very well located and within convenient walking distance of many places to visit. The hotel rooms look directly at the World Trade Center I (Freedom Tower). I was able to quickly walk to the 9-11 Museum and Memorial. It is a half-block away from the subway line to give... More

At 189 per night, I found this hotel to be quite accommodating. This is one of the few hotels that has a dedicated floor for smokers. The King room was spacious, and had an up close and personal view of the 9/11 Memorial, and new World Trade Center - which is directly across the street. The hotel is also very... More

We spent one night in this hotel last july. Wa had a good price for a standard room, probably a promotion. The hotel is old, the rooms were dated, especially the bathroom. The bed was too soft to my liking. It's a hotel were you can go completely incognito, it's big and there are a lot of people coming and... More

This hotel is great! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and the beds are SO comfortable. The view from the rooms is amazing. Overlooking the WTC Memorial offers the most beautiful sight of 1 World Trade and both of the reflecting pools. Perfect place to stay in NYC.
