This hotel has a great downtown location, but the rooms are small, dated, and not very quiet. The price for NYC is about average, but the hotel is three stars at best. Staff are friendly and helpful, so no issues there, but we'll look elsewhere next time we stay downtown.

This hotel is conveniently located near several subway lines (e.g., A line express from the Air Train and up 8th Ave.). It's within walking distance of Chinatown and all the good eats that provides. The room is a good size and the bathroom has a good amount of counter space. The wireless has a good speed. The shower is only... More

If you want to stay Downtown in Manhattan this hotel is very well located and within convenient walking distance of many places to visit. The hotel rooms look directly at the World Trade Center I (Freedom Tower). I was able to quickly walk to the 9-11 Museum and Memorial. It is a half-block away from the subway line to give... More

At 189 per night, I found this hotel to be quite accommodating. This is one of the few hotels that has a dedicated floor for smokers. The King room was spacious, and had an up close and personal view of the 9/11 Memorial, and new World Trade Center - which is directly across the street. The hotel is also very... More

We spent one night in this hotel last july. Wa had a good price for a standard room, probably a promotion. The hotel is old, the rooms were dated, especially the bathroom. The bed was too soft to my liking. It's a hotel were you can go completely incognito, it's big and there are a lot of people coming and... More

This hotel is great! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and the beds are SO comfortable. The view from the rooms is amazing. Overlooking the WTC Memorial offers the most beautiful sight of 1 World Trade and both of the reflecting pools. Perfect place to stay in NYC.

Over all I was greatly disappointed with my stay. The breakfast buffet was $30 and they didn't use real eggs and the fruit was awful. I also had dinner and was not worth the money and the serves were not very friendly too. I will say that the view of the Freedom Tower was awesome and the hotel did have... More

I have stayed in various NYC hotels over the years for conferences. I think this might be my new favorite. Going against it is the location in the financial district. The views are spectacular. The restaurant selection is not ideal. But the rooms are gorgeous. The staff are really terrific. And the views ... Looking over the 911 reflecting pool... More

Overall clean room and friendly staff. Standard features such as internet and cable not as good as other hotels in the area. Internet access is an incremental fee vs. being a standard free feature at most hotels. Location is very good for Manhattan area.

Reception was polite and welcoming. Check-in was easy. Room was large and well presented. There was no in-room safe so had to use one of the safes at reception. No real problem just a bit of hassle for us and hotel staff every time we wanted access. Very well situated for all down-town activities and close to subway for everywhere... More
