We stayed this past weekend in 2711; a corner room with a pull-out for our adult son who was with us for a visit to the 9/11 Memorial-Museum. The carpet in our room was FILTHY, the wallpaper torn and stained, and there was mold above the tub. The cushions on the sofa were so dirty I felt gross touching them... More

Staff is always nice. Rooms are amazing. The suites are very spacious. Stay on the top floors for amazing 270 degree views. Most rooms overlook the 9/11 memorial. Fifteen minute walk to china town. Twenty minute walk to Wallstreet area and the statue of Liberty. This is the only place I stay when I visit Manhattan.

We had a twin bedded room on the 35th floor, which was very clean and comfortable with huge windows on two sides so the views were fantastic. Staff were helpful and very friendly, especially Petra on reception and Kofi on concierge desk. Excellent breakfast, staff refilled our cups and glasses of juice almost before we had finished drinking. Wonderful location... More

Just stayed here last weekend...we are from Tristate area but usually stay midtown...so this was first experience at Millenium. We booked a junior suite for family of four...on 39th floor...we directly overlooked the Freedom Tower and the reflecting pools on one side and had views of the Hudson and southern end of Manhattan on other side...spectacular view!!! The hotel is... More

We really liked the look of this hotel on the internet and all the reviews. We traveled with our 2 young kids and thought the room with 2 (double) beds would be great. The beds were not double beds but oversize single beds. That said, we had a good one night sleep. But if we had stayed more nights then... More

Very accommodating staff, fine room with a great view, very comfortable and quiet room. The Bell staff were the best, concierge services excellent and helpful. Clean and well maintained facility. Pool great but water warm and partly cloudy.

Arrived at around noon and the (tiny) lobby was extremely busy. The gentleman who checked us in wasn't exactly unfriendly, but he barely cracked a smile either. Just simply handed us our key and pointed to the elevators. Once in the room we found out there was no in - room safe (which is advertised) so we went back to... More

Stayed 4 nights Thurs-Mon at this Hilton and it was ideal. The hotel is located right downtown with several subway stations at the doorstep. You can easily walk to Tribeca, Soho, Chinatown, Little Italy etc in 20 minutes. Walk to the start of the Brooklyn bridge in 5mins. The area is right next to Financial district so it is quiet... My husband was on Wall Street for business and I went with him. His company paid for the hotel stay. This hotel is clean and and the rooms are fairly large. Our view was right over the World Trade Center site. From the window near the elevators we could see both the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges. We received free Wi... More

From the reviews we saw on Trip Advisor and the price ($200 per night), we decided to stay at the Hilton Millennium. We opted for a king suite because we heard that New York City hotels can get pretty cramped. The space was good enough for our stay. There was a bedroom with two corner views on the 32nd floor....
