If you don't mind the 30 minute subway ride to Manhatten, this hotel is a good value. We paid $113 US per night. Lobby was clean, room was clean and washroom clean. Bed is comfortable to sleep, cleaning staff did a great job. Subway station was a block away, along with shops and Chinese / Korean restaurants area. Chinese food... more

We stayed at this hotel overnight when we came into the city for a Mets game and sightseeing trip. We had no problems with the room or the staff. We were allowed check our bags and car ($10 in guarded lot across the street) in early so we could head into the city without any problem. When we returned later... more

I stayed here for four nights; I went on a sightseeing trip to New York with my family. Unfortunately I left booking a hotel late so I had to stay in this hole. If you are on sightseeing in Manhattan don’t stay here as it takes around 40 minutes on the subway to get there. Anyway here are the main... more

If you speak Cantonese - you will get a good room and have a pleasant sleep in this hotel. If not - non-Chinese speakers will have a very hard time here as almost nobody will speak English with you. While in the hotel I helped several guests who needed help. The room itself was clean. more

A very good alternative to midtown Manhattan hotel prices... A 2 minute walk to the subway and a 30 minute ride into the Times Square station are well worth the difference in price. The rooms are "normal" sized hotel rooms, not your typical NYC postage stamp sized rooms too... which is an added bonus. There is a $10/day parking lot... more

I stayed in the hotel one night on business. I travel a lot and have had to put up with some not so good places, but I have never felt the need to write a review. When I asked for a recommendation for dinner, the front desk clerk got an attitude like "why are you bothering me?" and told me... more

Two of us were planning to attend the US Open and had booked this hotel for it's location; 1 1/2 block to subway and then - Only one stop from Billie Jean King Tennis Center! so it literally only took about a 3 minute subway ride instead of 45 minutes from Manhattan. I was concered about the hotel and location,... more

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. My son and I were booked in a room; and, when another "couple" joined us for the next couple days, they relocated us to another room without informing us. When asked about the reason for the change of rooms, we were told that we didn't make the changes on the computer. We... more

I had problems with the 45 min check in process. Although I showed them my Best Western confirmation, they were going to charge a higher rate. On the 2nd day, they said that we had 2 rooms and was going to charge me for the second room. They would NOT allow me to use their lobby phone to call 1-800... more
