spent 3 nights in the West NYC May 24-27. Our first trip to NYC, was a little concerened about hotel room. Nothing to worry about here. Great room, great service, and above all perfect location, very central for everything. would stay her again.

Not my first time at this hotel - but my BEST. As a platinum member - management blocked an incredible room on the Atrium level. I wish all hotel nights were this comfortable. We spend two nights here and were very pleased. The service was great and the rooms were very clean and inviting. The Don Shula restaurant downstairs was also first rate.

Easter weekend at the Westin Times Square was an Easter treat! The minute we arrived, there was George, our doorman, who greeted us with his friendly style and next, we were given a room upgrade by the front desk staff! Had to book at the last minute and was charged $600 for a room. Did not expect that level of service, but certainly expected something on par with other Westins. Room was fair - very tight space in bathroom. Internet did not work (nor did cell phone in room). Would be nice to have a lower end breakfast option -... More

Truly a great hotel with great qualities. It was a incredible stay with great service and be sure to get an upper floor if possible for terrific views.

An enjoyable 5 nights at the Westin in April. The hotel was very comfortable and our room was superb. It was clean and roomy and the shower in the bathroom was very powerful. The staff were helpful and very friendly any problems were dealt with promptly.

Best thing was the shower heads. Worst was the pocket door to get into the bathroom. New hotel for NYC. Bath towels could be bigger. Overall a good place to stay.
