This hotel is in a great location, very close to Times Square, Port Authority, Bryant Park etc... Staff are friendly and very helpful. My mother and I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Twin Share room and it was comfortable. Plenty of room, however we could not get WiFi, so had to go to lobby.

Visiting NYC is something everyone should do. There is so much to offer. Recently stayed with a large group of friends visiting for the weekend - great location just a few steps off of Times Square - friendly and accomodating staff, clean and well appointed rooms. From doorman, luggage transport, check-in, etc - all staff was very attending to our group needs.
