Stayed at Westin Times Square Feb 1, 2012. I've stayed at Marriott marquis, Sheraton, Doubletree. All 4 star hotels in Times Square. The Westin wasnt nearly as enjoyable. Check in staff was rude and unhelpful. The room wasnt cleaned properly. Not enough towels provided. Staff on ground floor worked impossibly slow to retrieve luggage. Extremely subpar at best. More
