I stayed here with my 2 teenage daughters. We loved the location, room was very clean and spacious for a room in NYC (2 queen beds). Great front desk service, speedy check out. Parking garage just accross the street. The breakfast was basic/simple continental breakfast but it was all we needed - and it was fresh (capuccino machine was surprisingly... More

I loved this place. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient to all the New York has to offer. I plan on staying there every time I am in the city.

Be careful if you are using a discount, AARP, Senior because Hotel at Times Square does not list its discounts. I stayed there before with a Senior discount and got 10% off, this time we stayed and used an AARP discount and only got 5%. I even sent them a complaint (really a question about it, not a complaint) and... More

Dear nyclover_99_11, Thank you for your review. As of the end of June 2010, the AARP and AAA discounts have been dropped from 10% to 5%. We are happy that you enjoyed multiple stays here last year and look forward to welcoming you again this year! Liz from Apple Core Hotels More

I would have loved to try this hotel - but due to the Blizzard, my boyfriend was not able to make it into town, and I was without power for many hours, and when I went to cancel it was a few hours after the cancellation cutoff and they wouldn't make any exceptions. I wasn't even looking for a refund,... More

Dear Fishes424, Thank you for your feedback! We are happy to hear that you were excited to stay with us and sincerely apologize that you were not able to cancel your reservation. We had, as you are aware, a truly extraordinary situation with the blizzard with competing needs for rooms and cancellations. Nevertheless, like most reputed hotel establishments we adhere... More

I selected this hotel based largely on the great reviews it received here on Trip Advisor. I couldn't believe the great price I received when I booked our 2QB room for July, 2010 just a few months in advance. I was nervous and expected a "get what you pay for" experience when we arrived, but that was not the case... More

My best friend, teenage daughter and myself stayed here for a long girls weekend in the City. What a great hotel! It's clean, decorated nice, offered a great continental breakfast in the morning (cereals, bagels, toast, yogurt, fruit, coffee and juices) and was located in the heart of midtown. We were located close to Times Square and Rockefeller Center. I... More

I must have researched hotels to stay at for a couple of weeks, looking at location, amenities, reviews, photos etc and this was the winner. This Hotel is a hidden treasure. We arrived 5 hrs prior to check in and our room was ready for us. Dropped off our bags and headed out to see the city. The location could... More

This was my frist time visiting NYC, which can be overwhelming enough, but when you go to check into your hotel, after finding it through the never ending strees of NYC and you experienced what I did, you may never want to go back. When I first went to check in, they had double-booked my reservation, noting that I had... More

Dear Jillmn143, Thank you for your feedback! We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you faced during your stay with us. After further investigation, it seems that you checked-in around 4 pm in room 610. As you can understand, as in any hotel or building, we sometimes need to do maintenance on plumbing. On the day you checked-in, our plumber was... More

Located right off Times Square, this hotel had everything we could possibly have asked for, at a very reasonable rate. We enjoy boutique hotels but sometimes the prices don't fit our budget, especially for last minute get aways. The Hotel was clean with spacious rooms, nice amenities and a complimentary continental breakfast that offered everything we wanted in the morning.... More

I've now stayed at this hotel twice, once in early November 2010 and this past week in Dec 2010. I chose to come back to the hotel because of the incredible value that it offers, considering the price and location. I've stayed in several other hotels in the Times Square area - and in the past had to choose between... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
