The hotel was GREAT!!!! The location, free breakfast, room size, and internet access made our stay a wonderful experience. My only complaint is only one of the elevators was working which lead to a sometimes long wait and my room was on the 9th floor. I would stay again with no hesitation. more

It may seem odd to write "great price" for a NYC hotel, but that description is accurate for The Hotel at Times Square. The location is about 2 blocks off Times Square and the price was great. I choose the hotel for it's location only, but was very surprised at how great the staff treated us. The amenities were also fantastic. I encountered a small problem with the parking facility and when I notified Sonny, the manager, my credit card was credited the overage immediately. more
