I have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past, have liked its location, but will never again. Something has changed here, they have no clue how to treat guests. The front desk is not only incredibly slow, they called me not once, but twice in the middle of the night, at 1:00 and 2:00 am because... More

A great place to stop right by Times Square. We stopped in room 517 which is very quite but the view is a brick wall. As you're not there for the view who cares. The breakfast is ok make sure you fill up so you can visit and shop without having to que for food. Would definitely recommend to other... More

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Just 2 blocks from Times Square and Rockefeller Center and walking distance to many other sights. I got a room on the 5th floor far away from the elevator because I requested for a quiet room when making my booking. It was very quiet, so I was happy about that. The... More

We arrived at the hotel very early in the morning and although our room wasn't ready (not unexpected) they were happy to store our luggage for us. After wandering around midtown for a few hours we headed back to the hotel at midday to find our room was now ready (still early, but very welcome!). Our room was on the... More

Our first time in New York City. What a place to visit (Although very cold!). The hotel had a great location. It was very central being on 46th Street. So within walking distance to Time Square, all the theatres etc. The room was clean and comfy. Ample storage space with safe, hair dryer, tea and coffee facilities. One issue was... More

Great location, kind staff, comfortable room...this hotel has everything I need in NYC for an affordable price... Unfortunately I had a personal problem and got to go back home earlier than I planned... I'll probably come back!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights from the 26th Feb 15. We travelled as 2 couples and this was our first time in New York. We spent little time in the hotel and the time we did spend was in our rooms between long periods of time exploring the city. The location is fantastic - its a simple... More

This is a no thrill hotel. Don't expect views, plush accommodations or anything grand and you will be pleasantly surprised. Let's start with the good: location! It's a 5 minute walk to Rockefeller center and Times Square. It's very cheap for the area, it has free breakfast and reliable free internet. The bad: horrible house keeping (our room was not... I've stayed at this hotel before and have always had a pleasant experience. It is in a great location - close to where I want to be in NYC when attending a show or if I want to do some shopping. The staff are lovely and friendly. They have a free breakfast that I haven't taken advantage of but they... More

Arrived in NYC after a crazy taxi journey with a lovely man who told us our hotel was rubbish (with fouler language haha, he was very honest!) So we arrived at our hotel a bit suspicious especially after doing so much tripadvisoring before booking! However, our room was lovely. It was very large, we had requested before arriving that we... Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
