Our booking from the Millenium was upgraded to the Premier Hotel upon our late evening arrival. BUT we had booked a King room at the Millenium and ended up in a Queen room at the Premier, a supposedly "better" facility. The room was relatively small, thank goodness the suitcases actually fit under the bed or it would have been a... More

My husband and I stayed 5 nights at the premier, the check in was warm quick and easy and the room was just fantastic, really quite specious with amazing views of the ball drop (times square) through the floor to ceiling windows! Sofa in the room was a nice touch to lounge on after a long day site seeing! large... More

Right next to Times Square and the subway. What else do you want from a NYC hotel? How about a clean, spacious, quiet room. Check! Now add in free breakfast and afternoon reception with wine and beer. It's all there. Book it now.

I have been staying at The Premier Hotel since 2007 and would not stay anywhere else. Monique Madison and Hector Garcia have welcomed my family and me each time we have visited. I cannot imagine coming to the hotel and not seeing them. Their kindness and courtesy are such assets. Thank you very much for making us always feel special!... More

Good find at a good price for New York City Center. The front desk staff ,in particular, Monique was fantastic. Always ready to assist and we never felt rushed. She made us feel welcome . The rooms were comfortable, well appointed and modern and spacious. Excellent Continental Breakfast was included. Close proximity to World Famous 'JUNIORS CHEESECAKE RESTAURANT and Time... More

We stayed for 5 days in the Premier and found it an ideal spot, just round the corner from Times Square and in the heart of the theatre district. The room was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. The room evan had a comfortable sofa, a rarity in most hotels. The staff were helpful, especially the guy who gets you... More

Priceline advertises this hotel as a 4.5 star hotel. My opinion is that it is a 3 star hotel at max. The location is pretty good but not well marked and I passed right by it the first time. The recommended name your own price bid was in the $800, range so I bid $300 and paid a total of... More

How often do you take a vacation and, within 24 hours, find yourselves on a first-name basis with 7 of the hotel staff members? If you were to answer honestly, the answer would be "infrequently." Add NYC as the destination, and the answer would probably be "never." Well, my husband and I recently traveled to the Big Apple to celebrate... More

We wanted a central hotel for our first visit to New York. The hotel suited perfectly, as it is just off Times Square close to major shops, restaurants and attractions. Despite being close to busy Times Square it was quiet at night and we slept really well. The staff were polite and friendly and Monique the receptionist was particularly helpful... More

My parents and aunts booked a special trip at the Premier and from the second they arrived at the hotel, all staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and courteous. One that stood out was Monique - nothing was too much trouble for her and she greeted us in a sincere manner every time we passed through reception. She really made the... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
