I had originally booked a room through the hotel website at the Millennium Broadway Hotel but was upgraded to a room at the adjacent Premier Hotel New York when I arrived. I had previously stayed at the Millennium Broadway Hotel two years ago which I liked very much but the Premier Hotel is much superior to the Millennium Broadway Hotel.... More

My wife & I visited New York for the first time recently. This hotel is actually part of the Millenium Broadway Hotel. We chose it because it included a continental breakfasts plus a happy hour (actually 2 hours) each night serving complimentary wines, beers or soft drinks with snacks. This is not available in the Broadway. We loved it, ideally situated... More

This quiet tucked away hotel, 1/2 a block off Times Square is a hidden gem. Included in our price was a continental breakfast, free wifi and wine and cheese (and beer) happy hour. The staff was wonderful, the location ideal to access all sites and plays. The area is safe and although the fridge in our room was disconnected, there... More

Four couples visited the hotel last weekend. Great location for touring the city. Rooms were a good size for New York. Beds were comfortable with no street noise. Although there was no hot breakfast items, there was more than enough to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Kevin and Acharaf(sp?) . Kevin, at the front desk, answered... Dear loungelizards2014, Great to hear that the couple’s weekend went well. Very special when couples can get together and enjoy each other’s company. Friendship is very important and in this day and time when actually carrying on a conversation face to face with someone has become practically extinct, nice to read of time well spent in the company of others.... I was at the Premier a few nights on business and it was, for the most part, lovely. The room was spotless and cozy. The location in the heart of midtown is hard to beat. My one complaint is with the staff member encountered at check in. She was not terribly friendly and clearly thought she was doing is a... More

One of the best hotels I have stayed in! We were here for a week for a birthday treat and I would totally recommend! We stayed in room 821 the views were great! The bed is really comfortable and the room is really spacious. Breakfast wasn't a traditional American breakfast and you do have to share your table with others... More

Booked into millenium broadway hotel with a friend for our first trip to New York to take part in the marathon. Trip advisor reviews were getting alittle worrying so i voiced my concerns via email direct to the hotel. Some were very good some disappointing as i understand refurbishment of rooms is in progress. Dear BuddyBerkshire, Firstly, congratulations on completing 26.2 miles in the largest marathon in the world. New York has the best fans ever and I am sure all the cheering was able to keep you motivated even though the winds tried to knock you down. It will take more than a little wind to stop over 50,000 fans. Hey, this is... More

I had the misfortune of blindly booking this hotel through Hotwire which advertised it as a 4 and 1/2 star hotel. I would rate it as a 3 star at the very most. As a matter of fact, I have been to several 3 star hotels that are MUCH MUCH better appointed than this. Our room had bare walls and... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
