This place does NOT look like the pictures on it's website. The rooms look more like those in a rundown Motel 6. Not nice at all. And the guy who checked me in on the night of May 18 was really rude. That said, the location is great and the cleaning staff are very nice.

So beautiful, this place was on perfect location, so bear from the Central Park and the subway (1,C,B) If I go to New York again I will to this hotel again! The room is so comfortable and clean, everything was perfect!

The best part of staying at the hotel is that the rooms are kept neat and clean. The staff is polite and helpful. It is in a nice part of the town and not too far from the subway. It makes for a pleasant stay. My only recommendation would be to have one more elevator for service staff.

Right in between two major subway lines and located a block away from a huge selection of great restaurants. A block and a half from the natural history museum and a 15-20 minute walk across the part to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim. The minor problems are the bathrooms are a little cramped so if you are... More

The selling point for this hotel is the location, which is just off Central Park on the upper west side. It also has the 1 train station 1.5 blocks away and the A and C trains close. The staff their is nice and very knowledgeable at the city. They didn't say anything about me bringing a unicycle in and out,... More

Good quiet location in NYC, very good desk clerk fellow. The two single beds were comfortable but very small room. If you are obese the rest room will be to small. The shower was smaller than on the ship I had just been on.

My fiancé and I stayed at this hotel in March. The room we stayed in was extremely cramped, but that is to be expected and was acceptable given the relatively (not extremely) cheap price that we paid. It was still not the quality of room I would have expected for the money paid. Unfortunately however, we suffered a significant ant... More
