I traveled with my husband, daughter and dog (!) to the W Hotel in Times Square......what a wonderful experience! Bell staff outside was great; check in was prompt and view was unbelievable! We will be returning!

Room was good and quite but reception and common areas very loudly

Its our second time at the hotel. The room was great, trendy and clean. The hotel staff could not do enough for us. The lobby was a real happening place. The location is perfect for a good time. We celebrated my wife's birthday and nothing could have been better. The best place in Time Square!
