The bed was amazing the free breakfast was nice just avoid the eggs and the sausage. But over all the staff was very accommodating and seemed to try their very best to make it the best experience as possible. The beds were VERY comfy as well!

Small room but nicely done. It was very close to the Javiits which made getting to our conference very easy no bus or cabs just a one block walk. Much easier than staying in times square and it was easy to take a cab when we wanted to be in the heart of the city.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable; what more would you want for a place you just want to sleep? Because, why would you spend your time in a hotel room when you can be out exploring the Big Apple? The hotel is on the edge of the garment district and it's about a 20 minute to 1/2... More

We stayed here for 7 nights in January when we came for a holiday to see the city booked with lastminute.com. We were 3 related women sharing 2 king size beds. Very comfy beds with nice linen, frequently changed thought our stay. Space was a wee bit tight in the room and could sometimes hear other guests in their rooms.... More

Snot and blood on the duvet cover, room key card that repeatedly failed, a night desk manager who would not stop watching the lobby television rather than listening to customers at the desk, a 100% smoke-free guarantee that was completely ignored so that not only was there smoking on our floor, but the manager refused to do anything about it...shrugging... Stayed at this Best Western near the Javits Convention Center during a quick business trip to New York. Staff were friendly and the location was great. I only had to walk a few blocks to reach Times Square. It was a little chilly but it's also mid January in New York. Planning another trip in March and I will most... More

My boyfriend and I stayed hear from 26th December 2014 until 1st January 2015. We were greeted warmly on arrival by friendly staff, in a small but lovely hotel lobby. We were given a room on the 9th floor, as we wanted to be high up, which was great. The room was small but clean, and ideal for the amount... More

We stayed here for three nights at the end of December. The room was small and could have used another place to put a suitcase but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. Our stay was comfortable and at a very convenient location for the price paid. We were able to walk to Times Square within 10-15 minutes. I did not like that there was no mini refrigerator or microwave in the room; everything else was wonderful.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
