Putting aside the cost for a closet size room, which is typical in NYC, the room was the most dirtiest room I've ever slept in. Bed spread looked 20 years old and dirty, carpet in the same condition. Bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been washed in days and the icing on the cake, no hot water.

it is a vey good position in New York City for Exhibition. But the price is too expensive with normal service, and normal room. That is hard to accept. But consider the position, if they can offer and improve the service, like better bed, better breakfast. I think I will come back and suggest my friends

It's a best western right so I had minimal expectations. The room had plumbing and drainage issues. There was no hot water to take a shower. Similar posts mention this problem but I missed reading them before booking my stay. Parking is horrendous. They only have one elevator that has limited capacity so make sure u are prepared to use... This has all the basics, clean room (but small), hot shower and good selection at breakfast. It's a bit of a walk to Times Sq, but it's reasonable (good exercise). We walked to Rockefeller Center and back for lunch then back to the theater district for a show. The price was amazing, since it was an off week for conventions.... More

When you pay 260+ dollars, you expect at least to have hot water right ?! Wrong! The bath tub clogged the day we arrived and the next morning we went to take showers and there wasn't any. We complained to the front desk and all they can say is " oh it must be the boiler, we can't help that,... More

Great location, if you have business at the convention center, as you are literally half a block away. No other reason to stay at this hotel. Small rooms, tight bathroom, no fridge or microwave. The only ice maker and two vending machines are in the lobby. Freight train passes by next door, hitting the horn as late as 11 PM,... More

The bed was amazing the free breakfast was nice just avoid the eggs and the sausage. But over all the staff was very accommodating and seemed to try their very best to make it the best experience as possible. The beds were VERY comfy as well!

Small room but nicely done. It was very close to the Javiits which made getting to our conference very easy no bus or cabs just a one block walk. Much easier than staying in times square and it was easy to take a cab when we wanted to be in the heart of the city.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable; what more would you want for a place you just want to sleep? Because, why would you spend your time in a hotel room when you can be out exploring the Big Apple? The hotel is on the edge of the garment district and it's about a 20 minute to 1/2... More

We stayed here for 7 nights in January when we came for a holiday to see the city booked with lastminute.com. We were 3 related women sharing 2 king size beds. Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
