Booking a Hotel in NYC makes you think that everything must be brand new and "fashion" somehow. This hotel instead is the opposite but still nice and convenient! Expecially the position and the service!

I was accosted on this property, once in the hallway and once on the elevator by angry tenants who said that I was staying in an illegal hotel. As it turns out, they were correct.

In short, the location is first class if you love Greenwich Village. It is smack in the middle of Bleeker Street. We had a twin suite. The room is a good size but the sofa bed is the most uncomfortable bed i've EVER slept on. That aside, i would recommend staying there. Andy Geering, Maidstone, England.

its an apartment building in a great location, not modern but clean and nice. the room was huge, the street alway's bussy , over all for the rate and service its a great value for the money.

When we arrived my heart sank - the lobby area looks very dingy and dated. But the the next morning things looked better. Rooms are dated but perfectly functionable.
