nyma, the New York Manhattan Hotel is in the middle of Manhattan. It is walking distance from many points of interest. Hop-on Hop-off bus stop is a short walk. The staff is outstanding. Rooms are big and clean. They have a good breakfast included. The price was the best I found in midtown area. I would definitely stay there again.... More

My wife and I stayed here on our USA trip in Oct 2014. Nice location as it is near the tourist spots. You can walk your way to the Empire State bldg, Time Square, Penn Station, Rockefeller ... will definitely recommend the hotel. Nice staff as well :)

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel which has a central location i. Manhattan. There was a buffet continental breakfast included and the food was tasty. The staff were friendly and the hotel is well kept and spotless throughout. The bed was comfortable and shower very nice. We would definitely stay here if visiting New York again. There is no... Good location, a few minutes from 5th Av. Breakfast is basic but not bad. Rooms are clean en very quiet, also at night. No street noise!! There are two elevators and the capacity is to low. Sometimes we must wait 5 minutes and more to catch a elevator. Rooftopbar is very nice and not expensive. Good hotel and location.

Took my Granddaughter and son to see NYC. This hotel is convenient to Time Square off of 6th/5th & 32nd, which is also called Korea Street. The walk from 6th down to the hotel was terrible. The Smell is terrible due to all the Korean restaurants, we think..... Once you get into the hotel, it is like a haven. The... More

From our arrival, past world travel experiences dictate that bar & restaurant staff lovely.....reception staff bordering on rude!....NOT HERE...reception staff proffessional, friendly, helpful and courteous..whey hey great start! Stayed at the Nyma May 27th for 4 nights. On check in concierge kindly offered us a free upgrade, much to our delight. There were two of us, myself and my grandson. The room was great. Twin queen beds, telly, tea/coffe facilities, iron and ironing board, hair dryer a bath/shower and air con. The air con was most appreciated as... More

If you are looking for great localization, and basic comfort, this is a great place. It's based at Korean town and 3 minutes walking to the subway, what gives you the option to do everything by subway and some tours on foot. The bedroom is comfortable, with a good TV, bed, shower, minibar and microwave, but nothing luxurious. The negative... More

The hotel is located in Koreatown between Fifth and Sixth Avenues and is only a couple of blocks from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden and one street away from the Empire State Building. It is ideal for exploring Manhattan, either on foot or by subway. The room was a reasonable size and using the shower was not too difficult... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
