Perfect in every way. Price and rooms are great for Manhatten, you could not as for more. I've stayed 3 times and would not hesitate to stay again. The rooms were clean as was the bathroom. The rest looked a bit shabby. The room(s) could do with a bit of fresh paint and contracting a windowcleaner would be a good idea.
